Took 15 minutes to even acknowledge me. Plus I called ahead for a price so I could make sure I had enough they said it would be $50 and then when I arrived they said $70. As they were rude the whole time. First the lady started on me then switched me over to one of the guys and he kept shaking my hand saying it was to tense even though it was limp as it could be. Then he got mad because I was on my phone for 2 minutes with the hand he wasn’t even working on. As I only requested a fill and to fix my broken pinky nail that’s it, but then they took 3 of my nails off that I didn’t want taken off and almost forgot to fix my broken pinky nail until I reminded them. Then they got mad because I wanted to pay half in cash and the rest on the card. After that whole experience I left the shop crying. As I only had the nails on for a week and now the pinky nail is broken off again as I’m not rough with my nails at all. As some of my nails are crooked. Very displeased with this experience. I’ve never experienced such horrible service and I been getting my nails done for 10 years.

I had the best experience today while visiting Katie and her shop! I’m in training and from out of town here and she treated me so well. My mani/pedi looked amazing and I got the paraffin/collagen that made my skin feel Devine! Thank you!

Very friendly and quick, they accept walk-ins but I called an hour before and made an appointment and didn't have to wait at all. Very clean and nice salon. The nails could be better but they are good enough for what I needed them for! This is about a week later in my pictures. Would definitely go back

KATIE AND LEE ARE THE BEST i love coming here to get my nails done because they actually do a great job at shaping and polish and it looks professional. Katie is the only salon artist in town that I will trust with my eyebrow waxing because she knows what she's doing and she does great at shaping with a gentle hand. Lee is the best at mani and pedi and full set he is detail oriented and you won't regret what you pay for. Katie is exceptional at full set and knows how to do coffin shape correctly. I LOVE THIS PLACE it's clean and not dirty and they serve Coca-Cola products and water if you ask!! How nice

This is the best place in the west! I drive well over an hour and a half, well worth the trip. Always inviting some times like my mini counseling session 😆 very clean and so much talent. I walk in with a few colors in mind and she always makes my sets more then a girl could ever expect. Another great day at the shop.

The woman who did my nails was very kind and friendly. The guy actually listened to what I wanted for length ( short). One those two things I'd give a five star.
The reason I gave three is because the price was outrageous. We got acrylic nails. My daughter got a design and the woman did a perfect job! I got a simple acrylic job. It cost $140.00! That's twice what I've paid before.
