I used to love this gym but its rules are getting stupid. I’ve already switched over to liquid chalk because they banned normal, but what got me today is that you are no longer allowed to drop weights on the Olympic lifting platforms. Even worse is that their sign says if you can’t set it down softly you’re not strong enough to move the weight. I think every Olympic lifter ever would disagree. I’m sorry but for my heavy sets of power cleans and snatches, I am not going to risk hurting myself by trying to set that down softly. And I dare one of the string bean employees with no clue about exercise physiology tell me I’m not strong enough because I’m not walking a heavy weight back down to the floor.I’m not really sure what the point of having bumper plates and a platform is if you can’t drop weights when doing Olympic lifts. I get not wanting tool bags intentionally throwing the weight down but I don’t think it’s reasonable to just say no dropping weight.

Edit: after a few weeks im noticing that cleaning is absolutely not a priority here. The workers are regularly standing around on their phones meanwhile nearly every machine has dust accumulating on it & the water bottle station has actual mold growing in it (which regularly clogs it). Weights are never properly reracked and there isnt a single worker who cares enough to go sort them. Definitely a game of hide and seek to find most weights other than 45s

They have a bucket of water in the sauna that you can use to pour on the rocks for some humidity (something not a single other gym ive been to, allows; really cool to me)

Could use updated cardio equipment but what they have def does the job

It can get crowded at times but having 24/7 access with free classes is great. There are many signs about not slamming weights and putting back equipment, but there is no enforcement. I was excited about the boxing room and climbing wall, but you have to speak to staff to use them and are only available during business hours. The cardio theatre is great. They have a movie schedule so you can plan your cardio days. Overall a pretty good gym.

Everyone who works here is amazing and there are so many amenities. I wanted to give a special shout out to Johnathan who helped out when a car needed jumped! He didn’t even hesitate.

I don’t normally leave reviews, a place either has to be absolutely amazing, or have a very questionable problem. This place was both at times. 307 offers a month long contract for 50$, I was only going to be in town a month so it was perfect while I was out of college, I was also working rather long and late hours so they’re 24/7 schedule made them even more perfect as I am a medium experienced powerlifter trying to stay in good shape. I opened my month long membership December 16th, the night of January 15th at around 11:45pm I tried to scan in and couldn’t. I remembered asking an employee when I opened my membership if it was through the 16th or on it. They said it was through the 16th, so why was I getting locked out on the 15th? My assumption is the employee made a mistake and it was on the 16th, but this only makes sense if that means that after the place closes for employee supervision at 5pm that would be the end of membership. Which is a very narrow definition of on the 16th on a “month long contract” for a 24/7 gym that originally told you that you’d be good through the 16th and could even workout the 16th. It could also be the scanner which I have always had some problems with just trying to scan in, and it has no visible cue for if you scanned in or not, slightly inaccessible for me because of some significant hearing loss. The gym itself is okay. They don’t have a lot of machines or squat racks so when it’s busy you’re just not going to get much of a work out in. The machines do tend to be pretty heavy though and that’s a plus for their limited selection, though having 4 squat racks and two deadlift platforms felt very limited, the place didn’t look too well maintained and just feels weird and close for a gym, but it gets the job done. Overall the place was just okay, and I’d consider coming back due to it’s 24/7 availability, but my inability to have access tonight has swayed my mind a bit, and it could be beneficial for me to try different gyms.

I love my gym and peers and surroundings. The owners are great they keep things clean and it’s open 24 hours.

Most difficult gym I've ever dealt with. I work 6pm to 6am and have a gym at work, I was rarely ever going due to that fact. I was paying for myself and my Fiancée (almost $70/month, which is absurd), anyways we wanted to cancel our membership because we never go and we're preparing for our wedding. I couldn't make it in due to long hours and needing to sleep to get ready for the next day and they wouldn't let me cancel over the phone. My Fiancée went in while I was asleep to cancel and was basically interrogated..they would not take no for an answer and kept trying to get personal about it. They then continued to say that I would still be charged and couldn't cancel me without me being there. When my Fiancée told the lady at the counter that I was on nightshift and worked long hours, she didn't care and wouldn't work with her. My Fiancée had a horrible experience, she was really uncomfortable and they would not work with her. I've been to many gyms and not only is this one expensive and always packed no matter what time you go, but we've never had such an uncomfortable time in a gym, just trying to cancel our membership.

I love working out here! I love that there's the women's area and the back functional area is nice as well. I like the small facility feel rather than a gym that has everything under the sun. The owners and staff are super friendly and nice. You can even email the owners or stop them when they're in if you see something that may need their attention and they are on the ball! I have recommended many people to attend here! Plus super convenient with the 24/7 access!
