I scheduled a last-minute appointment for an acrylic full set and ended up running late, but they kindly told me to ‘come in anyway!’ I saw Mike and showed him a picture of what I thought was just gel polish, but he informed me it was actually an ombré design—something I had never tried before. (For context, I rarely get my nails done!) Mike took his time to make sure everything was perfect and even stayed late after closing to finish. I’m completely obsessed with the final result! Everyone was so friendly and addressed me by name, which made the experience even more special. Thanks to Mike, I’ve now developed a new regular hobby—but my daughter and I are happy to say we’ll be regular clients from now on!

The first time I came to this salon I worked with a woman who had lots of art on the wall behind her station. I had a great experience with her and was very impressed. However, I came in today and the tech used an unclean file on my nails and cut my finger by filing my skin. I have never had a nail tech make me bleed before. He also put acrylic on my nails for no reason other than to up-charge me. I thought I had found a great spot in Cheyenne - so disappointing.

My grandma and I went in, when we booked the appointment I was told my nails would be $85 with 5 colors, so I only picked 3 colors and used the same reference pic then and today, we were rushed and then found out my nails would be $100 with only 3 colors. I was pushed off to another guy to finish my nails and he cut 2 of my cuticles with the drill and was very rough. My gmas pedi was rushed and the lady seemed annoyed and short on patience.

Been getting my nails done for years in colorado by loving caring professionals that listen. After reading these reviews I will not even walk in here! My nails are very thin I need someone who cares. Thank goodness for reviews!

One of the worst nail salon experiences of my life. I was burnt with the drill and when I pointed out that one of the nail’s polish was thick the tech stated “no it can’t be, it would be runny” and then ran her thumb over the nail and said she would fix it later. She did fix it but I’m almost 100% sure that she forgot to put top coat on one of my thumb nails as it is sticky and bubbling and I just left from there. Also they’re supposed to be almond shaped and they’re definitely not.

For some reason this set was $75. I was extremely disappointed in the price… I’ve never paid more than $65 for a full select acrylic with tips. A man did my nails and it took over an hour and a half- they are clumpy and uneven. I usually go to Nails Central and never have had a problem with price, service, or quality. Should have just been patient till they had an opening a couple days later. My family/friends won’t be back.
