Establishment should update their website. Hours of operation indicate 11:00 a.m
- 9:00 p.m. 7 days yet they weren't opened Sunday. We were seated & drinks were immediately brought to our table. Establishment could use updating such as carpet and walls replaced/repaired. Granted, we ate around 3:30 p.m., and it was slow, but the person who seated us was more interested in her cell phone. Buffet food was hot, as were the serving utensils. Fried rice, there wasn't much to it. Vegetable lo mein, there were no vegetables at any trip to the buffet. I've never seen "orange" egg drop soup. The soup tasted fine, just an odd color. Dessert, cake items are very dry. Staff didn't appear to care about patrons. Our impression, meh!

This place was gross. We came 120 miles for buffet and we left because the food was A: left out FAR TOO LONG, empty pans and told to wait 39 minutes?! And while I tried to fill my plate the staff was talking badly about my family. You all were sitting in the dining room eating, and your customers were digging thru food that was NOT FIT FOR CONSUMPTION. Disgusting treatment. We would’ve waited for decent food if the meat that you serve wasn’t unsafe for consumption… gross to see the staff eating a better meal next to us that what a basic serve anywhere else pleases are the sauces … if they dare serve them on a cold tray.

Went to Chinatown last night. What a terrible experience. Do not go there after 6:30 pm. The food service and customer service really sucks.
The buffet was not addressed the last hour and fifteen minutes. I waited till 8:00 pm , closing, just to get a refill on my soda. That never happened. The lady that should have done that played on her phone. The buffet that should have had some level of maintenance should have been covered by the person that ran the kitchen. But he decided that reading a news paper at a table was more important.
When I went to pay for my meal, I told the lady at the register...whether you have one customer or twenty, all your customers are important. Her response was... excuse me.
REALLY! So I took the tip I would given, went to Maverick and got me a fountain drink.
LOU WOULD NEVER HAVE ALLOWED THIS TO HAPPEN!!!

Best food in the world I been to quite a few Chinese restaurants this one is the most delicious ever. The atmosphere is welcoming kind and just great amazing to be in I sure glad I moved back to Wyoming to have the best Chinese restaurant in the world. Thank you been here 4 times this month definitely worth the time and the money food always fresh

China Town is a very dated restaurant inside. The restaurant is a buffet but makes very limited food. I feel like you are always waiting on them to put the food out. They don’t give you a menu or price of the buffet.

Food was fresh not hot and lacking flavor my pepsi was under flavored (maybe syurp bag in a box was low), staff was wearing shorts and busy with their phones. It was clean. I don't believe I'd go out of my way to eat here.

The service has always been great here but maybe a little change would make this place that much more awesome. All the food is delicious and usually prepared frequently leaving you with freshly made options. However, new options and rotating dishes on the buffet would be an amazing touch to this local favorite.
