We were totally blown away by the kindness of the man who took our order; when I told him that my son has celiac disease he said he would go out of his way to wipe down every surface and had some good gluten free recommendations for us. The gluten free cheeseburgers were delicious, but we were more wowed by the hospitality and good service! We will be back!

This has to be the best burger we've ever had...anywhere! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, and the food quality is off the charts. If you're anywhere near Cody, make sure to stop here! We will definitely be back anytime we are nearby.

Made a stop for some burgers as the reviews were very good. We got 3 bison burgers and 1 Angus burger with fries and drinks. There was a special of buy 1 get 1 free beer... and after looking at the dates on the beer that made sense as they needed to turn that inventory like last year. The total was about $75. Food came out very quick, about 5 min. The presentation and seasoning of food was good but unfortunately the driest burgers had in a long time. Guessing they had precooked patties left over from the dinner rush, we came around 7:30pm. Based on other reviews, I'm guessing we came at the wrong time. Very nice atmosphere and the concept with the butcher/burger shop was cool... glad we were starving otherwise probably wouldn't have finished them. Nice patio sitting and the staff was great and friendly.

Really enjoyed this place! A restaurant and a butcher, all locally raised beef, elk, and bison. We had delicious burgers, really enjoyed the blue cheese burger and the honey banana peanut butter burger! The Mac and cheese was really good too! Worth a stop!

We walked to Legacy Butcher from our adjacent hotel in Cody and ordered amazing burgers and fries for dinner. We ordered take out and ate at an outdoor table. I chose the buffalo burger, which was juicy and delicious. Legacy also has a butcher shop that carries locally-source meat. Excellent!

So glad we finally stopped by after they kindly dropped off chocolate chip cookies to our store this summer. Their burgers are excellent—cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Plus, they’re the only burger spot in town serving real, locally sourced meat which makes all the difference.

It’s definitely become a favorite spot! If you’re in Cody and looking for a great burger, this place is a must-try. The friendly service makes the experience even better.

Incredible experience. We lucked out and showed up on steak night. The food was delicious. The service was impeccable.
Sami was the best, ensuring we had a wonderful meal. She took extra care to accommodate my gluten allergy.
