I brought my racing bike in for its annual maintenance, derailleur repair, and a cage for my hand pump. They kept it for a week and returned it to me missing the hand pump and the caps for the tire valves. They did perform some maintenance, but it was not worth $145. The chain fell off before I was even able to ride it again. No hand pump cage had been ordered. I complained, and the owner offered to make things right. He returned my hand pump and the tire valve caps. My boyfriend tried to fix the derailleur, but the chain just slipped again. I did not give them the chance to correct the error. The workers there are just young kids trying to make a dollar in a tourist town. I value my bike and the money I spend to keep it in good condition, so I will take it out of town for professional service. I apologize for being so hard-hearted about it.

Amazing Experience!!! Travelled to Cody, WY for a week. Chris set me up with a road bike rental at a great price. Epic rides throughout the area. I am looking forward to my next trip back to Cody and more rides

Traveling through Cody Wyoming and staying at the Koa campground, my son got a flat tire on his bike and needed a new tire and tube. Stopped at Walmart to get new tire and tube and they didn't have tire that fit his bike. Looked up bike shops In cody and found this place bought new tire from them. They put the new tire on and found out the new tub had leak so he threw a new one in and when I asked how much I owe him he said no charge and to have a nice day, and wow was I blown away by that. All I can say is great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a new bike or parts in Cody!!

There was a minor mistake when j dropped my bike off and the company went above and beyond basic requirement and exceeded my expectation to get me taken care of.

Super friendly and knowledgeable! Stopped here on a tight schedule in the middle of a multi-month bikepacking trip, and they made time to squeeze me in last minute despite being extremely busy! They checked out my bike and helped fix my chain/ derailer in under an hour. Thank you!!!

Great shop with great people! I was passing through Cody and rode the Outlaw trails. I ended up having some issues with my bike on the ride. When I took it in to see if they could help me they were very accommodating and got me in right away. Chris was very knowledgeable and got my bike rolling like a champ! Definitely go check them out if you in town. 13/10 would go again!
