I mostly stayed in West Yellowstone and Jackson on my recent trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton but while exploring the east side of Yellowstone I did stay here one night. This is a fantastic Choice Hotels property. I was recognized for being a Gold Member and was given a snack and bottled water upon check in. The room was very quiet and very clean. Even though I arrived a little early they did their very best to get my room ready as fast as possible. The room itself was very nice, and had plenty of space. Two things that really stood out to me were:||1) everything in downtown Cody (very cool little town) was walkable from the hotel. Once I parked, I never used my car again until it was time to check out||2) the breakfast was filling and delicious.||I’m very happy with my decision to stay here and would make the same choice again!

I stayed here in Oct. 2024. I was very happy with my room. It was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. Bed, shower, and pillows were all very good. The free breakfast in the morning was excellent, one of the better Choice Hotel breakfasts I have had. What I really liked about this place was its walkability to downtown Cody. All of the stores and restaurants on Sheridan were an easy 5-10 minutes walk away. However, the hotel is at the eastern end of the busy area so it's not too loud. I definitely would stay here again if I find myself in Cody.

We stayed just one night here as we traveled to and through Yellowstone. It provided nice clean accommodations and offered everything we needed and expected. The staff was welcoming and helpful. A free breakfast was provided but was in another building clear across the parking lot and closer to the Holiday Inn next door than to our hotel. We got lucky with great weather but would hate to think of traversing that distance in winter or the rain! Once we got there, however, the breakfast was really quite good! Prices continually going up bother me as a retired person on a fixed income and am concerned that those prices are going to make it impossible for me to travel soon! I hope that doesn’t happen!

Very comfortable, clean, quiet and convenient for our needs while traveling thru Cody WY on our way to Yellowstone. Walking distance to downtown restaurants. Front desk staff very friendly too! Their hot breakfast buffet is next door to the hotel and the guy who ran it was super friendly! You have to walk thru a gift shop to get to the buffet and the selection of gifts and souvenirs was great!

Nice clean rooms. Beds were comfortable. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff was great. Very accommodating. Breakfast is served in a building separate from hotel. Gift shop is neat and has a lot of history. Breakfast staff was awesome. Good selection of hot and cold options. Guest laundry available, one washer and dryer. Tide for sale at $.75 a box.

Positive: Room was nicely furnished and clean. We were on the first floor of the second building behind the main hotel, which worked out fine for us, with safe parking in front. The couple running the breakfast were very welcoming and the breakfast was good Negative: ""

We stayed for one night on our way through Cody. I was disappointed that their pool is only open seasonally (my mistake!). The staff was friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed breakfast in the gift shop (old saloon?) Traffic was somewhat loud in the morning but the room was comfortable and clean.
Be sure to check out Old Trail Town and have a meal at Fat Racks while you're in Cody!

nice clean rooms ,we always try and stay at a comfort inn ,I just don't understand the price difference ..first night was 10-10 and were charged 148.85 decided to stay another night 10-11and was charged .. 128.87 ...don't know what the difference was
