Ms and Mrs Boyd no longer own this property. Do to an unfortunate passing of Mr Boyd’s wife he sold and moved to Washington State.

I’ve yet to meet the new owner(s) but have heard he is a great guy. He currently rents out both of the 2 units. I’ve not heard any complaints from his current tenants but haven’t heard of any complaints yet.

My Boyd had a few tenants in and out that seemed to express there anger, husband and wife about Mr Boyd. The property butts right up next to mine so I get to hear most of them.

I’d give this location a try out, sadly I don’t know if it’s new name as yet but will update this post as soon as I can! I’d still try using the name of Boyd’s Bunkhouse for now.

Hard it's like a bed and breakfast place fun to stay I've never been there personally how about doing the Scout group there
