Went to their drive through to get a cup of black coffee, nice and simple. Ordered the medium roast. Coffee tasted like the south end of a north-bound Rhino. 1/2” or so of coffee grinds in the bottom of my cup as well. Maybe just an off day

Went here on my lunch break today to get a candy cane crunch latte, I got back to work and took my first sip and dumped it down the sink. It literally taste like chest brewed coffee and you spend almost $10, I even tipped the girls which I now regret doing, I have never had a coffee drink taste this bad.

Horrible. I just asked for Americano, one suger, no creamer. I don't know why you have to ask for black coffee to have no creamer, but there you are. It came with way too much sweetener, and creamer. Can't drink it have to throw it away.unfortunatly i was on the freeway on my way out of town when i took a sip.

I went by for a morning coffee and there was only one person working (Riley) not only did he brave the weather and make it in but he makes one delicious vanilla latte! He was kind and had a smile on his face! Fantastic employee will return soon!

I came to this location this morning, and there was only one staff member working as the two opening staff were missing in action. However, she got my order out in a timely fashion, and provided me with fantastic service. She didn’t apologize and didn’t say they had to close or make any excuses, she just got right to work and took care of the entire store. I think a promotion might be in order.

I have gone here MANY times before. I do not know who was working today around 11 a.m., but she had an attitude with me right from the get-go. She asked me to repeat my order (2 things so far). I repeated drink #1 ( the person rudely said yeah I got that one). I'm like, okay, started drink #2 got said okay see you up at the window umm I have more to order. MORE ATTITUDE FROM HER said okay then order! I ended up just cancelling my order all together. NO NEED FOR HER ATTITUDE AT ALL! Rethinking about ever coming back to this location.
