I don't know where to start. We almost always travel with our Weimaraner and this is listed as a a dog friendly hotel. That is an understatement! Greta was greeted by all the staff as if she was a VIP. Check-in was so smooth and we were settled into our room quickly. |The room had everything we needed-refrigerator/microwave/dishes/dishwasher. The hotel iteslf was close to everything we were interested in. |I have to say the staff was so wonderfully accomodating, friendly and professional. |Breakfast was good-they kept the buffet line stocked well. |An after stay caveat-when we checked out of the hotel I had inadvertently dropped a set of LG Tone headsets on the floor and wasn't aware of it. I thought I had packed them in my computor case. Upon arriving home, I realized they weren't where I thought they were. I called the hotel and they told me they had found them. They were amazing in helping accomodate the return. Also the honesty of the staff that the cleaning crew turned them in. It wasn't the first time I had left a headset in a room, the last being 3 years ago. That set was never found. This time it was a happy ending.|We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the Cheyenne area. I highly recommend it.

An excellent hotel stay! Diana at the front desk was very friendly and made sure my stay was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the dining area was nice. The gym is clean and has free weights and room to work out. A good location, close to the Air Force base and just on the edge of town. It's only a few minute drive to the heart of downtown Cheyenne. Will stay here again when I'm in the area.

Stayed here 10/17/24. Front desk staff were helpful, pleasant and accommodated my request for a top floor room. Had a king room which actually made the room feel small. Prepped a meal in the kitchenette and had everything needed. Room was clean and floor was quiet. Breakfast was good. Some noise from the nearby train tracks but not disruptive. The trains start / stop in this area so some banging sounds. No crossings nearby so know train horns.

This was our second time staying at this location while in Cheyenne! Every time we come we always have a great experience. On this most recent trip, we kept finding these silly, small insects. Tosha was amazing! She quickly moved us into a new room that was in the most perfect location! Corner room with not one, but two bedrooms and bathrooms! Tosha was so kind and really made sure that we were comfortable. Our room also had a kitchen complete with all the supplies that we could need: utensils, plates, forks, cookware, etc.! We are already looking forward to our next visit to our Wyo home at TownPlace Suite Cheyenne! Thank you Tosha!

This was our first experience with the brand, and it was a good introduction. Room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Hotel seems to have been new or newly refurbished. There was a small exercise room that was fine for a short stay and quick workout. Every member of staff that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Don’t be put off by freight train tracks across the street - we didn’t hear a thing.

Checking was a breeze, the staff is fabulous. Spacious room (even the wife thought it was great). Spacious bathroom. Very clean from the lobby to the rooms. Breakfast is good.

The scent in the front lobby and throughout the hotel is way too fragrant/strong. Would not recommend based on this aspect alone.
