Positive: Very quiet!Nice pool, needs more light! Negative: The room is beautiful and well thought out! The lighting is terrible! I had to lean under a desk lamp with my travel mirror to put in makeup. Also, may I suggest a line of hooks for coats, towels, etc in the entry/sitting area?

Very nice place, room was spacious and had a cool layout, stand up shower with great water pressure. Bed was comfortable but tad stiff. Main complaint is the wall unit for fan is kinda annoying to work. Large lobby area, hot breakfast, coffee bar, juice machine. Enjoyed our overnight stay.

I have never left a hotel review, this hotel stay was the BEST of everything!! The front desk was welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was amazing, the breakfast attendant was super sweet, the beds were comfy and the motel was very clean! They have a nice workout room and pool, you will love it here!!!

What an absolute brilliant hotel experience. |This was our first experience of the SpringHill brand and WOW! The hotel felt very new. The checkin was friendly, fast and efficient. The room was clean and top quality bedding used. Plenty of onsite free parking, the breakfast was delicious and thoroughly enjoyable.|SpringHill suites hotels are now our go to hotels when travelling in the USA.

Wife and I enjoyed staying here while on a short visit to Cheyenne. The facility and rooms were very clean and relatively spacious - we had a restful stay, which perfectly fit our needs. The mini-suite arrangement works well; one of us used the desk area while the other relaxed on the couch. Walk-in shower was great and welcome after a day on the road. The free breakfast (eggs, meat, waffles, pastries, fruit) was a big plus as well.

Found this gem of a motel online as we came into Cheyenne. Very kind front desk person, amazingly clean motel, comfy beds and great work-out room. The room was quite spacious as well. Excellent complimentary breakfast, too. Probably had one of our better nights of sleep while here in Cheyenne.

I called within 3 hrs of checkout asking to come by to pick up my brand new expensive bottle of shampoo and conditioner I’d accidentally left behind. In exchanges of 4 separate calls back and forth, they said it wasn’t left there, then said it was thrown away per office policy. After 3 hours it was too late I begged to come back and get it anyway and they said they don’t recommend dumpster diving. They were very rude, demeaning and unkind each conversation. My trip is still 4 more days without any shampoo/conditioner.

Hotel was great and room was clean. Oddly the mattress pad on both beds was bunched at the foot but not a major problem, just odd. I saw 2 breakfast attendants which is unusual. The buffet had some nice healthier choices and also GF options.
