Oh my goodness…I am so glad there is a car wash that has a hands-free option. Process is simple and staff was pleasant. I will definitely come again; more than happy to drive 15 minutes to get my car washed here. I can easily complete my interior/detail/tire shine at home, as I have equipment needed already. ?

By the way, pricing is reasonable. I paid $15 for the Platinum wash; it cleans underneath your vehicle and includes a wax. There are two other options that are less money if you prefer the K.I.S.S method.

Great car wash! Chino Valley Auto Spa and Martin exceeded our expectations. After having done more than thousand miles through the Rockies, we needed a wash badly. First Martin gave the car a thorough pre-wash, then we went through the touch free wash, which went for a lot longer than other washes I’ve been to. Finally, our car was dried and wiped down to the detail. For just $7 and tip, this service was a steal! Will be happy to give them my business whenever I’m in the area.

Today was the first time there in over 2 years. Although prices were higher it was well worth it. New owner Barbara was so attentive and helpful! I will go more often now because of the kind service. Love to support local businesses too. Really good vibe. I feel my car has more dignity .I Live on a dirt road so it won't last long. It feels good to know I can feel comfortable going there! I WILL be back!

The automatic cleaning is what I pay for. Their equipment is great at getting ALL THE WAY around my truck. By that I mean the tailgate too.

So the reason why it’s a 4 star rating from me is because the customer service is very nice. I had a wonderful man named Rob help me out over the phone when one of the self washing bay’s charged me 2 extra times ($45 in total for a $15 job.) and he helped void the 2 extra charges no hassle. One star deducted since something like this shouldn’t happen but makes up for it when I get quick correction of the issue. Overall not a bad place.

I've been using this car wash for about a year & very pleased with the wash & employees until my last two washes. I learned it was recently sold & it's gone downhill since. All the past employees are gone & they raised their prices 3 dollars for the cheapest wash. Today I did not get the final spot free rinse so I told the attendant & she simply told me it must have frozen & simply walked away!!! I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Very sad as a it was a great wash before the new owner took over.

Every employee at this business is kind, professional, and eager to give customers the best possible service. Went a couple months ago when passing through the area and got a prewash before entering the car wash itself, which worked quite well on my car that had gotten dusty and dirty from all the traveling. Employees hand-dried the car before I used their vacuums, which were of high quality and provided ample space. Highly recommend!
