This hotel was clean and comfortable for being in Cheyenne for a week for business. It is what you would expect from Holiday Inn. The only issues were that the buttons on the elevator were unfortunately broken so it was not usable for most of the time I was there. I didn’t mind using the stairs to the third floor, the only time it was inconvenient for me personally was when I was leaving with a large suitcase. I did have an early flight and had to leave at 4:50am. I could not find the front desk staff to check out so after 5 minutes I just left my key cards at the front with my room number and left. Other than those two things, I have no complaints about this hotel!

I hesitated on leaving this feedback but I figured that someone should know.

I continually choose to stay at Holiday Inn Express (Platinum) for a variety of reasons. Always slight variances in them that have never been an issue.

Being a traveler and lover of coffee, I have always felt like Holiday Inn offered a pretty good cup as part of their overall breakfast options.

However; the coffee at this location was very poor. I don't know if they had to use a back up brand of coffee or different brewing equipment or different brewing procedure but it tasted rough. Made me frown with every sip. I usually take a cup upon exiting and hitting the road. This time, I did not and went down to another coffee store and purchased theirs.

If other customers are happy with it, then fine, I am the anomaly. But, I doubt that and felt like it could be a small thing to potentially fix for guest satisfaction. I would encourage you to do a survey with the old and potentially another option that some of the other Holiday Inn's use.

The rest of the location was great. Clean and staff were friendly. I would still stay here again. Thank you for listening.

It was a fine place to stay. Good value. A little noisy because of the wind, but not in our room. The man at the front desk was pretty blah. Everything was fine though. My expectations aren't that high.

The staff was so accommodating. They were gracious and kind. Everyone smiled and welcomed you and asked if there was anything they could do for you. At breakfast they asked if the food was up to standard. We haven't had service like that in years. Top Notch

My overall experience was outstanding, and the location was perfect. The employees were very friendly and helpful during my stay at the hotel. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and professional. I recommended a few of my other employees to stay at the same location due to the outstanding employee's services.

IHG Cheyenne was our last scheduled stop on our vacation in the west/SW. The staff at the front desk when we arrived was very kind & polite. We found our room to be clean and relaxing. We used the pool and found it to be clean & relaxing. I would recommend this location, it is in a great spot for travel in any direction.

Our experience here was great! The employees were all kind, helpful and attentive. Our room was clean, and cozy. Breakfast was full of great choices, well stocked, and again, the staff was very warm, welcoming and present.

The room is sleekly modern, clean with good lighting, comfortable bed, quiet, good response getting elevators & nifty room darkening shade. Shower has easy adjustment head, bathroom mirror never steams up, but no solid soap so if you want that rather than liquids on wall, bring your own. Easy to adjust heating/cooling and a very quick response. Front staff very user friendly and helpful.
