RJourney has been great to stay at, The managers Chase and Sara are incredibly friendly and super helpful as they went above and beyond to ensure our experience her was stress-free as this was the first time my wife and I have been to an RV park; so needless to say we had a lot of questions and they were very helpful with showing us the ropes.

The amenities that they have here are also great and the bathrooms are spotless, our dog Buster loved the open space and our neighbors are incredibly friendly and it seems like a great community whether you decide to stay here long-term or just for a little while we highly recommend RJourney.

We only needed a one night stop on the way home in January. You can't talk to anyone on site. Reservations are by phone to corporate service center or online, which we did. Arrived before 5pm (office hours), but it was New Years day. Reservation packet was in box outside office. Appears to be mostly full time residents and the park was about 90% full. As other reviewers stated, sewer connection is raised where even a hose ladder isn't high enough to drain. Restrooms and showers were clean and newly redone. Showers have no counter, seats or mirrors, just hooks. No space for anything but to take a shower. The furnace heat for these was out and water had to be left running to avoid freezing. Since we got there after dark and left early morning, we didn't see much else to review.

Maybe it's better for RVs. We stayed a couple months ago and had such a poor experience that we left a day or 2 ahead of the time we'd paid for.
As a tent camper, you're either hearing highway or train tracks. It was probably nicer before all of the distribution centers went up, but back then it was a KOA. One neighboring cabin had a porch swing facing our site directly, and for some reason the person staying in it felt it necessary to display that they had a weapon. Zero privacy, with sketchy people. The other cabin had a family of 4 or 5 in it, with a cat that they'd allow to run loose. Between the father yelling at the kids, and the sketchiness of the other people, my wife didn't feel safe.
No refunds, unless you cancel a week in advance, and even then it's only a half refund. Maybe at other times of year it's not as bad, but this was a September vacation. It's really sad how Cheyenne, along with most of Wyoming, is changing. It makes me wonder what Colorado looked like before the people from out "West" came in and bought everything up.
A day after my stay I tried to call an office, but zero help was provided.

Location and site all show friendly service, if you can get ahold of someone. And rude. Quite rude. THEY OFFER SERVICES SUCH AS PROPANE FILL THEY CONVENIENTLY FORGET TO DO IT FOR SEVERAL DAYS, PAID AND ALL, AND YOULL CHASE MAINTENANCE TO GET HEAT. They also increase rates when they like to because it's their park. The price in rease is laughable. They think they are Colorado.

Best place to stop and camp. The location is outside of Cheyenne but not as far as the state parks. Outstanding staff 10/10 and the facility’s and showers were always well maintained. There is a nice heated pool and a little mini golf course and playgrounds to keep the kids entertained. A little noisy with the highway but do not let that scare you the wonderful clean little campground is worth is

How this place has any good reviews is very confusing. My family had a reservation at this location over the Labor Day holiday weekend in hopes that is was..what is advertised. A RV report. This is a far cry from a RV resort. We arrive slightly after 5pm to a closed store, so we did self check-in. The park is a gravel parking lot. I wouldn’t paint an image of a RV resort for your guests. It is on an industrial drive, with high winds that makes it impossible to sit outside or grill. Obviously you can’t change the weather, but trees? Transparency about your park? The laundry room is coin operated but no quarter machine and no option at the office when it’s closed early. Again, it’s a holiday weekend. This is a RV resort. The “basketball court” is tiny and doesn’t have a hoop, rim or backboard. The putt putt is something from my 90s childhood nightmares. The tetherball has no ball. Ladder-ball has one ladder. There are no activities for kids. Needless to say, we left fifteen mins later and stayed elsewhere. We are a family of five that camp very often. We are driving from coast to coast this time and planned for things. This place was such a let down. Yes, you had a clean pool. Yes, you have cleanish showers. The play ground is nice. The park is clean for what it is. We didn’t see a single employee. I can’t speak for the management or the store because it wasn’t available.
