Staff is friendly and welcoming and facility is calming. Went in for lash lift and tint, procedure burned during, eyelids were red and swollen and tender after, lashes are over curled and bent straight up from the lash line and poke into my eyelids. Asked for brown tint for subtler look but tech suggested black so went with that as I figured she has experience and knows what would look best, but with the over curled look they look crispy and weird and clash with my coloring. Does not look flattering or pretty, looks very goofy and rather than improving my confidence has negatively impacted it, I can’t wait for them to grow out 😅 I look so goofy with dark black lashes that stick straight up and look bent not curled. Based on this experience probably will not book any additional procedures I had been looking at in this place, feels like they are trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible without considering what you want or your goals or taking the time to do the process correctly…

Very professional. Most spa staff have years of experience. Facility is beautiful, warm, and welcoming. Only 4 stars because parking is difficult. I usually have to park a block away and walk. The small parking lot is not made for larger vehicles. And there is no parking on the street in front of the facility.

I have literally never written a bad review, but honestly this I the worst experience I ever had. Not to mention, I have reached out to the spa on two occasions asking them to contact me about this experience with no response. For starters, I was in really bad shape and that is why I needed a massage. I had gotten massages weekly for over a month but have been traveling to Fort Collins and I had decided to try the spa out here because it local. It was hands down the worst massage I’ve ever had, I think my toddlers could have done a better job. I don’t even know what type of massage I had because I’ve never had anything like that. It was almost like your worst enemy massaged you. It felt intentionally aggressive. The massage started with a freezing cold room with no warmer on the table. The massage therapist Becka came in and started rubbing a neck warmer on me and so hard that my actual ribs were cracking and every part of where she rubbed the neck warmer into me was cracking I couldn’t even breath. There was only music playing from her playlist and notification sounds coming from her phone. No spa music, no relaxing sounds, nothing. Then she started massaging me and I told her only wanted my neck and upper back and she went to my lower back which was shooting extremely sharp pains down my legs. When she massaged my neck and upper back all she was doing was pinching me, there were no long movements with her hands it was quick short stents of pinching. While she was massaging me she was literally using her whole body weight and I couldn’t even speak to say anything because it hurt so bad. She then even massaged my arms and it was so aggressive I have a literal bruise!!! I left the massage with a pounding migraine because it was so painful, and a bruise that kept growing. I would never send anyone here, not just because of this situation, but because no one will reach out to me and make it better. I paid for the massage which was very expensive and I didn’t want to. I wanted to walk out.

Shannon is an AMAZING massage therapist! She understands anatomy & physiology well so she addresses the specific muscular and skeletal issues I have. Her therapeutic massage does more than provide a relaxing hour; it helps increase my flexibility and mobility and decreases migraines and joint aches.

The massage therapists are great, all of them. Receptionists are friendly as well. The treats are nice too. My only complaint is a $20 jump in price is too much. Paying for the new building no doubt.

Tonight was my first night at Adora Day Spa and all I have to say is WOW! Becka did an AMAZING job on my prenatal 80 minute massage. I needed it more then I realized and can not wait to go back for another massage with Becka. Thank you again so much Becka you are amazing!🤩

My oldest daughter and I went to Adora Day Spa before they moved into their new location. My daughter past away a year ago, at the end of January so I delayed my return. I love their new building, the staff is wonderful so I will continue going there.
