It is dated but immaculately clean and well maintained. A real coffee pot!! Not the dumb little pods. Front desk people were all super nice and helpful. Lander is a great town!

When we booked online, the only room available was a pet friendly room (not a big deal). Upon arrival we noticed pet hair on the bed, so we started doing a more thorough inspection. We pulled back the sheets and they were COVERED in black pet hair (both beds). I'm not one to complain or cause contention, but those sheets had CLEARLY not been washed. When it comes to the safety of my young children, I take things more seriously, so I called the front desk and asked for another set of sheets for both beds. The employee was kind and said she'd send someone up to take care of it. She called back a few minutes later and said she had another available (non pet room) if we'd like to move to that instead. She also reminded me several times that the first room we booked was a pet friendly room so some pet hair is to be expected. I totally understand!! However, THAT amount of pet hair IN the sheets is NOT acceptable. Anyway, we moved upstairs to another room, pull back the sheets and find crumbs in one bed and human hair in the other bed and on the pillow. Gross. There was also several strands of hair in the shower and a used plastic cup with toothpaste on it stacked on top of the unused plastic cups. We ended up going across the street to Family Dollar to purchase our own sheets, pillowcases, and blankets. I didn't feel like complaining again because not 5 minutes after the employee went up to check the first room, she was back downstairs taking a smoke break so I doubt that room got re-cleaned. Because I'm a mom to small children, I happen to carry Clorox wipes almost everywhere. Thankfully, I had some for this trip because they came in clutch!
My parents were staying in a different room and said it was clean... Until they noticed a used washcloth in the shower the next morning.
Long story short, you don't get what you pay for. It's worse.

Mattresses and pillows are comfortable, cotton sheets.. so those are all comfortable. The sheets smelled clean. Bathroom was far from clean and shower didn't drain from visible hair clog.

The restaurant is nice, we had breakfast in the morning and it's reasonably priced and everything came out good. The hotel gave us a voucher towards some $ off for breakfast and 2 vouchers for a beer/wine or a specialty coffee drink. We had drinks there one evening and they had a good offering of beer on tap (probably 6 kinds including Kona). The tonic from the dispenser was weird.. so my gin and tonic didn't taste right.. so maybe don't order something that calls for tonic. We like the location though so hopefully this was just a one-off on the bathroom cleaning. We've stayed here before.

I was surprised at how excellent our stay was! Clean room, friendly staff, perfect location to the college. My only wish would be that in the units with the kitchenette that there might be some plates and silverware. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

After hitting a deering totaling our car, we received the most amazing welcoming people in Lander, Wyoming from the state trooper who just happened to be coming by on his way home to the tow truck driver and the Wyndham motel traveler's inn. Everyone was just fabulous to us. Amazing help. Clean room. Very gracious people.

This was home for me during my first month living in Lander. Everyone there are really nice and accommodating to guests. The many pet friendly rooms are nice and they have handicap accessible rooms available! Awesome!
