The gambling is good, it's only a 2 hour drive from where I live and that's convenient. It's a nice and clean casino, with plenty of games although quite a few weren't up and running.. One of the days i was there the restaurant had a nice buffet that was reasonably priced. They also have another little short order restaurant where you can get a good breakfast. They have a Starbucks. The rooms are as nice as any other hotel but very expensive at $220.00 a night. I think that's crazy high for a casino no pool or hot tub or breakfast, literally just to put your head on a pillow. Also they advertise Rewards and such but it's only for high rollers and your rewards take forever to stack up. They do have a smoking lounge though!

-BED BUGS-
I travel frequently for work. I enjoy gaming. About a month ago I reserved a room at the hotel. The next day as I was packing my things to head back home I noticed a bed bug crawling away from my backpack on the couch. I have worked in the hotel and hospitality industry for many years. Numerous years as chief engineer at a Hampton Inn. I am trained on identifying the different stages of bed bugs. I always check likely spots where they could be hiding when I check into a room. This was an adult, which means there's more. I notified the front desk and I had to bag up all my belongings to prevent further spread of them. They sent housekeeping staff to my room and they didn't take me serious. None of the staff did. I asked for a comped rate and they said they have to verify there are bed bugs first. They said they would follow up the next day. I went on my way. I expected some points at minimum on my VIP card for the casino . The whole trip home was fear that I was spreading them in my work van or to my clients properties. Once home I heat treated and thoroughly washed my belongings. No correspondence 30 days later after making many attempts via email. The only thing I received was a survey for satisfaction. The other day I contacted the front desk and they charged me full price for my stay. What an inconvenience. Terrible customer service. Slots are tight. Would not recommend

Went to get some food at sports book. The worker that was taking orders, completely ignored me and let one of the other workers cut in front of me to take his order. Both workers then give me a very unpleasant look. When I tried to make an order the employee walked away from me and was just being very unprofessional. After that I just went left. Good thing cee Nokuu cafe was open. The workers there were Friendly and polite.

Great location. Had an excellent gluten free chicken Alfredo there tonight. Even had GF brownies for dessert. Delicious! We held a quilt retreat here. Wonderful meeting rooms. Fancy tablecloths etc for supper. Well done! Thanks!

A great stay at Wind River Casino. We used the electric RV hookup which worked just fine, but after a long hot day's travel we were ready for a hotel room. We didn't have a reservation but they had one more pet friendly room available. That room was spotless. Really nice, durable Pergo-type flooring, and a little water and food dish provided in the room was a nice touch! You would expect a pet friendly room to have some wear and tear and in other hotels maybe not be cleaned in the corners or along the walls. Not here, as said it was spotless every inch of the room. Beds were comfortable, nice colorful pet durable furniture, bathroom spacious and really nice complimentary shampoo, soap, and lotions. The food from the cafe was tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. We could not ask for a better experience and would stay there again if in the area. Thank you for the Northern Arapaho hospitality.

This is just to check it out and visited location. Was impressed that entire casino was non-smoking. I was there on a Wednesday in discovered the steakhouse is closed then.

Loved the king suite. Probably the quietest hotel i’ve stayed at. Jacuzzi tub was amazing. Restaurants on site were great. I also made money in the casino, which was great.
