The coziest, prettiest hotel. We stayed in a double queen guestroom. The room included a very large space, fireplace, nice and quiet heater, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tv, and a pull-out sofa couch and a table! The little fitness gazebo was so cute and functional including 2 Pelotons, an elliptical, treadmills, free weights, benches and cable machines. The complimentary breakfast had great food and service! We were able to order room service until 10 PM. The nature walk was fantastic and maintained. We were able to see deer each day and saw beavers down in the water. Just a beautiful stay!

We can't say enough about this place. The views were just incredible, the staff was so friendly and helpful with great tips to help us maximize our vacation. Our little cabin was so perfect for us! We even extended our stay an extra two nights. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was fantastic, although it could have been a little hotter 🙂 The food at the restaurant was delicious, the scenery was breathtaking and the hot tub, pool and sauna were fantastic. They even have a shuttle to take you around town and up to snow King mountain. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

Be sure to check out the elk refuge across the street and take the wagon ride, well worth it!

The resort is top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the creek side accommodations, the shuttle, and the bistro. Everyone was super nice, and daily housekeeping was beyond expectations. The creek side accommodations give a wonderful view of Flat Creek, which is a favorite spot of ducks and swans. We watched them for hours from the comfort of our room. There are deer that will visit you too! The resort has hundreds of rooms and is within a few blocks of town, but the orientation of creek side rooms made it seem as though we were much more remote. We were struck by the cleanliness of all areas. The buildings are log structures and the logs were completely dust free and shining as though they had all been recently cleaned. We didn’t use the heated pool, hot tub, spa services, or sauna. We had the coconut shrimp appetizer and bison chili while partaking in adult beverages in the bar. Everything we had was fantastic. The bison chili was the best chili ever. I would definitely recommend the resort. Splurge for a creek side room.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights in a cabin by the creek. It was well furnished and the bed was comfortable. It was great watching the deer and water fowl outside the room. The hot tub, pool and sauna were very enjoyable in Jan, with snow falling. The shuttle to town was a real convenience, considering the parking, roads and single-digit temps in Jackson in Jan. All of the staff were attentive and professional. They could do a bit better job clearing ice from the sidewalks, and put some healthier selections on the breakfast buffet. We come to Jackson most winters. It was out first time staying here, and we will likely come back to it!

Overall excellent resort. Great place to stay if you are looking for something outside of the typical big name hotel experience. We were in our own cabin which is nice, but yet still a few minutes walk from hotel bar and restaurant, spa, fitness center and pool/hot tub. Great location, 10 minute walk to town square.

I just returned from a totally memorable stay at the wonderful Rustic Inn - Jackson Hole, WY. The place is a perfect getaway, with lovely, clean, comfortable rooms, free shuttle to the local areas you want to see and dine at, a friendly and accommodating front desk staff - all at a scenic and convenience location. I can't recommend this place more highly. Special mention to two women who went above and beyond to help all customers and are the most welcoming front desk staff: DANIA and FATIMA. Two of the shuttle drivers need to be complimented also: KEVIN and MARIO - terrific polite guys who were efficient and congenial every day of my week there. If you're getting away to the Jackson area - treat yourself to this exceptional hotel that makes everyone feel like valued family members.

We stayed here for our honeymoon at the end of October and we couldn’t have been happier! The staff was so kind and accommodating! We stayed during off season so it was nice and quiet and peaceful! The location and proximity to town is unbeatable. We took advantage of the complimentary shuttle service during a snowy evening. It is totally walkable in summer and warmer months. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Our room was spacious and kept very tidy for us! Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Booked a Cabin at first, which was very nice but decided to upgrade to a 2 bedroom at their Spa Suites. Jesse, Jake and Dania were great in helping with the upgrade. Checked into the 2 bedroom and oh wow, what a beautiful suite. Ivan at the spa Suites was awesome, helped with activities, shuttles, area info. and anything else we needed. Ivan helped take our trip from Very good to Great and we will come back to Rustic Inn again, I highly recommend this resort.|Don Denton and Family , stayed 1-3-25 to 1-9-25
