Kristin is the owner this is a family business, she and her husband are amazing and friendly people, My fiance and I had to have a last minute small wedding ceremony, from the beginning she reached out after we filled the tour form and scheduled very quickly our visit, within 1-2 weeks after the visit we had the ceremony, she helped by giving ideas since we didn't know exactly what we wanted and gave amazing insight, for 6 people total we booked the lodge that has rooms attached to it and she made sure to clean everything and get everything neat and perfect for our arrival, everything very well explained and on time, we had the best meal she herself and her family prepared for us after the ceremony, the best Mac and cheese and pulled pork I ever had, the side dishes was also amazing coleslaw and potato salad and green fresh salad, she did way beyond we asked and paid for she bought us a cake for the ceremony, not only that but she offered to take pictures of the ceremony for us also she made suggestions of poses and showed us how to do it she let clear she is not a pro but personally I believe she is just being modest cause she knows what she is doing, they were extremely helpful and warm towards us the whole time we were there, many many thanks to Kristin and her family we are speechless till now for everything you guys done for us, next summer we want to bring the parents and family to join us in a guided fishing on Trout on in, I wish them the best and that they business keep thriving more and more.

We had a wonderful experience at the Trout on Inn! The cabins were very nice and the scenery was beautiful. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to Casper. The proximity to town as well as Alcova Lake was perfect.

Where do I begin. Check in was super easy and fun filled. Nothing but laughs and a good time. Follow it up with our Cabin. So beautiful and comfy. Spent two nights and was completely comfortable and cozy. The views are beautiful all day. Can’t beat the sunrise and sunset either. The river is right there to practice incase you’re drifting the river as well. Highly recommend and will be returning again.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and opted in for the meal package. The cabin was immaculate and well stocked. All were warm, friendly and inviting. Meals were truly home cooked with obvious care and pride. The food was more than plentiful even for this chow hound. They were also very flexible. Everyone there does everything they can to accommodate you. Very attentive yet respectful of your privacy. This has become a new yearly destination for us.
Yes, this is a rave as we can't say enough.

Very clean...which I sincerely appreciate. Small for the price and speaking of price, guests are expected to break down bedding, clean cabin, and take trash out etc. the area can be very windy and the cabins are very loud when the wind hits.

We stayed at Trout On Inn for most of our 8 day fly fishing trip. The location is great being right off of the river. While we didn't fish the water right in front of the cabin, just being close to it and taking in the wildlife before traveling to our actual fishing spots was a great way to start the day.

Apparently we got unlucky with 2 power outages, but the staff was super accommodating during this time and provided water and lanterns. The power outages were area-wide and not related to Trout On Inn.

The best thing about the cabin was the very cool AC. A neighboring competitor down the street did not have this luxury. Trout On was much cheaper as well! Highly recommend!

The only negative was the horribly maintained dirt road off of the highway down to the cabins, but that isn't Trout On's fault!
