I went in with my aunt to get our toes done. It was all good until the end. When we were getting up to leave from the drying light I look at my toes and noticed they were done very badly. I sat under the light for about 20 minutes and know one told me I was good to get up from the light. So I waited until we had to leave to pick up kids from school. When I went up to pay we point out how bad the nails were. Then I got yelled at for sitting there for a long time and not saying anything. I was shocked, I didn’t know I needed to check the service they provided. They were going to charge me the extra fee for the French tips until my aunt said something for me. So they charged me just for the pedicure. They did offer to fix it but like I said we had kids to pick up from school. And didn’t have time to get them fix, after we said that repeatedly to them, they offered to fix it the next day, but I just didn’t feel comfortable going back after being yelled at about a service they provided. Would not recommend going there.

Very disappointed in our visit today. Had a special spa night planned with my 5 year old little girl. I had called and made an appointment for us. We arrived 10 minutes early to pick out colors. Sat in our chairs without water to soak our feet for over 30minutes. They were very busy, I get that. What I don’t get is that my daughter’s pedicure lasted maybe 10 minutes and hardly did a thing because her next client had already walked in. When I went to pay, which was by someone who was not either one of the gals that did our pedicures, he said “$75”. I was speechless. I had already tipped the gals in cash, as they deserved. Definitely didn’t expect that price after that short interaction and experience.

Got a pedicure in chair #2 with my 2 daughters … they both had friendly girls working with them. I had a grumpy man who was slow … and sloppy. He didn’t even come to start my pedicure until 15 minutes after the ladies started on my daughters, then did a terrible job … I had asked to have a repair for a broken fingernail after my pedicure when we scheduled. He directed me to chair #5 after my pedicure and disappeared. After 10+ minutes I went to the front and paid for the pedicure and left. He could speak English but chose to smack my foot or jerk it around instead of voice commands. I did tell him if he would just tell me what to do I could understand better than his
“sign language”

My daughter and I went in tonight to get "Christmas" nails. She's 11. No problems, other then the lady had to redo one of my hands 4-5 times to match the other. No biggie was extremely grateful for her patience even though I could see it running thin. Finally get done and go up to pay. $135!!! Excuse what?!
We love the way our nails turned out but that price, absolutely not. I will not be back because of it. No one else in this town would charge that for what we got.

I really want to like this place. It’s cozy on the inside, not a bad location.

However, the young lady who did my mani/pedi was on her phone the whole time. She even had a kickstand for it. I thought she was new and needed a reference. I saw with my own eyes a texting screen.

The lines are uneven in areas. This normally doesn’t bother me, but maybe she would do a lot better if she focused on the nail lines and not her cell phone? Maybe not. Usually doesn’t bother me, but I was a little irritated at the lack of focus on the job. A simple job too.

As for the pedi… the chair didn’t even move. So I was straight backed the whole time. Maybe to move the seat and use the massage is an extra cost, but I get mani/pedi’s to relax not sit in a chair I can’t even get comfortable in.

I want to like this place, the other reviews are amazing. But… I kind of wanted acrylic nails not a gel polish… gel polish doesn’t last long… as you can see in the photo one of my nails is already cracked. I’m disappointed in the pedi especially… I’ve never been so uncomfortable during a pedi. My back still hurts and it’s been 24 hours.
