Last week my wife and I rolled in at about 11 o'clock at night to be greeted by Betty. She was great, super friendly and more than helpful! Rooms were great as well! In the morning we grabbed breakfast in the restaurant which was good and Jeffrey was super friendly and on his game! We will definitely be staying here again on our way through.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, and the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay with excellent service!

Pretty on the outside, with lovely staff but lousy on the inside. My 10 year old kids could have built this property with better quality than the cardboard walls separating the rooms. I'm astounded how a name like Holiday Inn can be associated with such poorly built building. You will hear everything in rooms next to you .. neighbor's tv, coughing, snoring, etc.

The room furnishings match the quality of the building. Poor and nonfunctional. Desk chair wheels don't work, hard bed, and burnt out light bulbs.

Nice, larger than average hotel fridge in room. Room was very clean. Great water pressure in the shower.
Slightly musty smell from A/C unit.
Had some minor issues with competence of some front desk personnel. Easily remedied by other staff.
A little more inter-room noise than I am used to at other Holiday Inn locations.
Overall this hotel was slightly below the level I have experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. But still good.

The hotel is impressive from the outside. Grounds and building are clean and well managed. I appreciated the sign as you get off the elevator that asks you to be quiet and respect the other guests. Each desk person extended warm greetings and interest in the guest. One of my best hotel stays.

Great staff and a great night sleep as always. If you want a drink at night the bar has a nice selection with also great staff. In the morning of checkout I bent down and found a plastic cup and bit of candy and then noticed what looked like red crayon on the wall...none of these were mine. I reported them to the Front Desk on checkout.
