Me and my girlfriend were kicked out after we paid for the week..there reason being is they didn't allow pets. Or dog is a service dog we showed the lady at the desk his certificate and she told us we had to go. Still to this date they refuse to refund the money..also from what I seen it's a druggie flop house!!!

I stayed almost 6 months and had no problems. All my issues were taken care off promptly. There was a smoke free floor, instead of just a couple of rooms. After the first week, I was greeted by name and the housekeepers were very accommodating||about my schedule.

The first night we stayed the room had towels on our dresser with what looked like feces. And our bathroom hadn't been cleaned. The beds are very bouncing but they only give one pillow and the bed almost makes you fall out if someone else gets out of bed. The bottom of the bed is just resting on 2x4s. People seem to be pretty nice. But their breakfast is literally $1.00 package donuts, cereal, and a waffle machine that halfway cooks.

Company put me here for the night . Checked in at midnight the lady at the front desk was very polite and professional. My room was on the third floor with no elevator. You could smell marijuana in the halls. The room was dirty floors needs vacuumed the ceiling filthy I had no towels old broken ac unit flat pillows. The bed wasn't bad to sleep on. The nicest part of the room was the floor on the bathroom. Mini fridge was unplugged with the cord inside. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Not really a nice place overall. But if you just need a place to crash for the night and don't want to pay more than $60, it will work. Rooms are clean but you'll find paint chips in the bathroom, probably a few crumbs in the carpet. But if you're not picky and are strictly looking for a place to sleep for a few hours and get a shower , it's fine. Clientele often includes a number of shady characters (they also rent by the week, so expect some transients and maybe a sex worker or two) but everyone kinda minds their own business. I wouldn't consider it a "threatening" environment by any stretch but not recommended for a family stay. Bottom line, if you're a trucker or just passing through Decatur, you could do worse for the price. Also, no elevator here so know that if you have a lot of baggage. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Horribly drab dank rooms in need of Alot of maintenance and a good housekeeping staff.

The staff was rude, and children are not welcomed. I was put in a basement room because of my children.

We had to clean the room upon arrival. We weren't allowed extra towels. And not once over a long weekend did housekeeping offer services.

I was publicly shamed and heavily charged when my child got sick on the sheets. Charged like new sheets set not dry-cleaning.

Older property and a lot of outlets in my room didn't work. Very friendly staff and very helpful. They are working on updating but it is a older property as I said. Comfortable bed but cereal or muffins for breakfast. Only got food was waffles.

Today is my first day here. I will be here for 7 days. They did allow me to have my dogs here. Lady at front desk was very understanding about the requests I had upon arrival. But the room itself needs a lot of TLC. The carpet is moist and nasty feeling. The curtains are dirty. Can't open the window because of spiders. The bed is uneven. The blanket has holes in it. There is no elevator so you have to climb steps all the way to the 3rd floor which is hard to do when u have copd. The carpet also is ripped and not connected in spots. I moved the mini fridge and there was several items under and behind it that the housekeeping clearly didnt clean the room correctly. So we will see how these next 7 days go for the stay I'm here. Hopefully I find me a house soon.
