My room was not clean. My hair was in the tub, and the sink and remnants of poop were in the toilet. It looks like someone laid in the bed. The hotel looked nice but my room was not clean. I put in a complaint and have yet to hear from anyone.

My stay was exceptional from start to finish. The front desk staff provided a warm and efficient welcome, setting the tone for a memorable experience. The housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the restaurant staff offered attentive and courteous service. The seamless check-out process further reflected the overall quality of service. I could not have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this establishment

I always enjoy my stay at this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the parking lot has plenty of spaces. In addition, my room is clean and if I get hungry a really good restaurant is attached to the hotel. I'll be back.

This hotel opened in 2017 and still looks brand new. Nicely fitted and practical over 4 floors, it sets the standard for what a Holiday Inn should be in 2025. In a quiet part of town yet close to roads interchanges, you are guaranteed peace and a good night sleep. Waking up, you are met by Trea who is in charge of breakfast and wow what a wonderful lady who will assist you in getting the most of what’s on offer and sets the standard for everyone to follow.. My only reason for not rating this hotel top is the lack of daily room service. Everyone else does it even if you have to specifically request it. Still the situation is manageable when aware so overall it is very much a sound choice for your stay in Decatur.

Built in 2017, although continues to present new and updated. Gym is well furnished. Highway noise is minor. Beware, additional charge for breakfast; app is misleading, at least to me. Didn’t not use the restaurant or pool, although appeared clean from a distance. Plenty of parking. Easy on easy off of the highway. Very close to a Krekel’s!

We were able to check in quickly and get into our room within 20 minutes of arriving to the hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom was very nice. All of the soaps and amenities were full. The beds were warm and comfortable to sleep in.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Decatur, IL, and it was hands down the best place I've ever stayed! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, ensuring everything was clean and comfortable.

A special shoutout to Burger Theory—the food was amazing! Every meal I had there was delicious, and the atmosphere made it a perfect dining experience.

If you're ever in Decatur, IL, this is the place to stay. I can't recommend it enough!

I've had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Decatur, IL, twice this year, and both times have been absolutely fantastic! From the welcoming front desk staff to the incredible housekeeping team, everything was top-notch. They really go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and cared for.

And let's not forget Burger Theory—the food is always amazing! Every meal I had there was delicious, and the atmosphere made dining a real treat.

If you're in Decatur, IL, this is definitely the place to stay. I can't recommend it highly enough!
