My dad had booked online and the guy at the front desk had a reeallly hard time trying to find our reservation and getting us checked in it probably took a good 25 mins or more. We asked to see if the rooms were even worth staying in and they looked very small. Overall very old and worn down and pretty sure I saw a cockroach running around in the lobby. We decided to stay somewhere else.

OMFG!! The roaches..enough said. Actually, I will say more..I killed at least 3 huge ones and attempted to kill a few smaller ones but could not catch them!! Oh, wait I can't forget to add that there was a huge vomit like spot on the floor..along with the dozens of other mysteriously gross stains throughout the room.

I'm sorry to have to say it was a terrible experience. Arrived at about 2 a.m., the desk clerk had a sign up "be back in a few", showed up about 5-10 minutes later (looong time when you're exhausted).

The room was supposed to be nonsmoking, but smelled like stale smoke

One comforter had several burn holes in it and stains, including a suspiciously fresh-looking food stain.

The bathtub had stains in it that looked like dried blood (the pattern of it was reminiscent of blood)

The shower put out water slightly larger than a half dollar with hardly any pressure

The hooks in the bathroom were gone - only place to put clothes was on the back of the toilet or outside of the bathroom

The bed closest to the bathroom had an uncomfortable mattress - my son tried to lay on it with a bad back, but asked if we could trade. I thought he was imagining it, but I had the same feeling - not comfortable.

The next night: it was after 10pm when it sounded like a party was booked above us - the hotel was virtually empty - WHY would you put a bunch of people above us? It was about 12:30 a.m. before they quieted down a bit.

The air conditioner did not cool off the room - turned it down to 62 and the room was still warm in the morning.

Just very disappointed...

So Amber at the Front desk was very nice and helpful! The room however was sketchy to say the least. The shower had a distinct mold appearance, the popcorn ceiling was falling apart, the cable wire was strung out and in the way, the TV was small, there was no alarm clock, and the floor was uneven (very odd). The bed appeared clean but was very springy! Not the worst bed I've ever slept in, but not the greatest either and it only had 2 pillows. There was no microwave or fridge in the room either. However!!! This motel only cost $50, so you definitely get what you pay for. So it served it's purpose for my one night, but If you are looking for a vacation stay or even a fancy place then this isn't for you! Checkout was very simple too!

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in. The first clue should've been the awful parking lot, which is shared with a Denny's(the lights out front flicker all night). Once you've entered the building, the stale cigarette smell hits. Fortunately, this is nearly the worst part of this hotel. You'll get accustomed to it after several days anyways. On my way to my room I heard several dogs barking and someone blaring music loud enough to hear 2 doors down. Besides the antiquated carpet, the floor was pretty clean. There was no trim and along the floor all you can see the subfloor. There were many exposed cables running along the all too. There was no cover on the smoke detector, and there was a complimentary used bar of soap on the sink counter. The sheets were awful so I slept on top of the bed. Hair, lint, and stains were present all over the sheets. The comforter had holes burnt in it. Despite having a non smoking room, they must share all the same towels and sheets as cigarette smoke was still present on the linens. The bathroom was tiny, and poorly cleaned. There was old grip tape in the bottom of the shower which did not help. I requested to have my sheets changed twice and room service never came during my stay. One of the outlets didn't work either. The police were outside one night after some car alarms sounded. There seemed to be serious mold behind the ice and vending machines. The lady usually behind the counter was extremely nice at least. I quarantined all of my clothing once I got back home. 2/10.

Danielle checked me in did a fantastic job. Quick and painful. Room was clean and adequate. Was surprised to see a fridge in the room as it does not show that as an amenity. The room
card said Jeanna & Tammy cleaned it. Give them a 10 out of 10. Coffee was hot and fresh. Didn’t run out. I’ll
be back for all my business stays.

The room we reserved was a disaster. There were stains all over the sheets, including some that looked like blood. The room smelled strongly of smoke, though it was non-smoking. There were no towels in our room, and staff said none available. The carpet was falling apart, and the floor was covered in hair and dirt. Nothing looked clean. When we arrived, the bathroom light was not working. WiFi was also not working. We asked for a refund—and did receive it!—before heading to the hotel across the street. The staff were helpful and friendly, even though we decided to leave, and the price was low, but ultimately because of the cleanliness it wasn’t worth it. We like to pride ourselves on not being picky, and I’ve never left a bad review before, but think people should know before they decide to stay.

A bit torn. Employees were VERY NICE. Front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, the works. But there was a leak in our tub that soaked into our room, soaking a portion of it and most of my clothes that were in a duffel bag on the floor. Everyone was very courteous, and they fixed the drain pretty much immediately (thank you maintenance guy! We were getting ready for a wedding and really needed a functional shower!), but our floor was still soaked with soapy water and we weren't offered to switch rooms or anything. I supposed I could have pushed the issue, but everyone was so nice that I didn't really want to be a bother. Overall, rooms suck but staff is great. If I can afford anything else, I wouldn't choose it again. Room was clean, just falling apart, which I'm assuming is a funding issue and not anything to do with the staff. Couldn't get one of our lamps to turn on either, but there were enough other sources of lighting. Also the door wouldn't latch unless you really pulled hard, thank god there's a deadbolt, I wouldn't trust the door.
