Room was super nice, super clean, had a lot of towels, floor space, etc. Hallways were clean, pool area and hot tub were very nice. Staff is super helpful and very accomodating. Hot breakfast was good! I never leave hotel reviews but you guys are doing a GREAT job. Your employees are stellar, and I feel like they should know!

Went to checkout at 5:30am on 2/20/25. No employees present knew how to checkout guests. The employees said the only employee that knew how to checkout guests out guests was driving the shuttle and wasn’t on premises. I couldn’t get a receipt. The stay was pleasant but the checkout wasn’t. Management doesn’t train their staff how to check customers out and properly give receipts

Front desk staff was really great. And that’s the end of the compliments I have for this place. The cleanliness and overall state of the room was not great. Mystery stains on the shower curtain and towels. Rd Broken light in the bathroom and bulb burned out on one of the lights near the bed. Breakfast was subpar.

This place needs to clean house - and not just the rooms. We've traveled for work for 10 years and stay in hotels every week. This was by far the worst. I was waiting for "Candid Camera" to appear. It's clear from the managers' responses that they have no business running a hotel. While they claim to care about the cleanliness of their rooms, it doesn't appear any action has been taken to remedy previous issues from past guests.

We arrived later in the evening, allowing the lack of give-a-damn to be hidden by the night, but morning brought out all the dirty skeletons in the closests, literally. There was a dirty, crunchy towel in the closet wedged in with the ironing board. When I pulled it out, I realized the previous guest did not...🤢

The pillow in the closet had stains all over the pillow case. At this point, we chalked it up to the staff not checking the closet.

Breakfast is served from 6am-9am. I arrived at breakfast at 7am and all of the chairs were still turned up on the tables, so I thought maybe they weren't open yet but as I entered the Breakfast area, everything was ready and being served. I assumed the man in the food area was another hotel guest, as he was wearing pajamas and making himself a plate. I was wrong. He was a staff member. What kind of hotels allow pajama day?

After returning to the room, I opened the curtains to find the window ledge and top of the heater covered with flies and bugs. This was the point where I was thankful we were leaving that same day, but also wondering if I needed to take all of our belongings to a nearby field and burn them.

After reading previous reviews, it seemed burning our clothes would be a better option than taking a chance of returning home with uninvited guests.

I wish I would have never turned down the bed to reveal those dirty little secrets either. I'm not sure the last time the mattress cover was washed, but it wasn't recent. Covered with stains and a foul odor, I immediately got in the shower.

While I didn't see any evidence of actual bed bugs, I'm not taking any chances. So we'll be having a bonfire when we return home. All previous guests are welcome to join in. BYOB and your luggage. 😉

What made me continue to inspect the room is beyond me, because every corner revealed more dead bugs and filth.

We don't even want a refund. We don't care if a manager responds. We simply want others to beware. This hotel will be #1 on our list to never return to.

This 5 star review is going to Kyra, at the front desk. This young lady is a one woman show. Not only is she checking in guests.... She's transporting guests to the airport in the courtesy van, getting the complimentary breakfast, etc. Her customer service skills are OFF THE CHARTS!! Comfort Inn and Suites is lucky to have you. Stay AMAZING!!

Checking in was very pleasant.
11:00 pm, No hot water in my shower. Night clerk had me come to the lobby because she was too busy to come up. Elevator was broke, and they didn’t want to walk to the 3rd floor, so they ended up giving me a different room. No soap in either room.
Elevator was still broke in the morning. Front desk also runs the shuttle so no one is there when the shuttle runs.. very short staffed.

My family and I stayed at this hotel in late July 2024. Our stay was so much better than we expected! The rooms were awesome and very accommodating. The cleaning and replacement of towels was done pretty early in the day. The breakfast and coffee was really above par for hotels (including the seating). The pool was really good for the kids, and the workout room looked adequate, but we didn’t use it. Best of all, the staff was super friendly and the hotel was quiet.

Probably the only good thing staying here was the reception staff. However, the room was not. There were leftover nail clippings and mold on the shower. Should have taken a photo. Plenty of parking. I would recommend staying at the other hotels nearby.
