I would like to give 4 stars, but the room was beyond disappointing. I would not recommend sleeping there. It is literally an old dorm room that feels like an outdated cruise ship room. The bed is so hard and the pillows feel like clumpy fiberfill. The shower was so tight and the shower curtain is right on you. There is no fridge in the room. The room is so outdated. I found a picture of the same room from 10 years ago. I didn't find the ice machine until the last day, so that was irritating. There are also no vending machines anywhere. The staff were very friendly. The food seemed to be hot, but cold by the time you sat down. It was nice having vegetarian options too. The grounds are pretty and well kept. I recommend cutting through the courtyard to go to the dining room or ballroom. The room was the deal breaker for me. I cannot recommend staying there. You are better off in a hotel if you are looking for comfort. It was not like I went to my room between classes. I was packed and out out of that room by 7:15 AM. I absolutely hated it.

I am reviewing bases of of what I seen. I did not stay in the rooms. I did see the outside of the rooms and hallways looked really nice. It is really big area. I got lost so many times. Even though I had a map. It was like up stairs take elevator. Down the hall, take stairs. The conference rooms was perfect. Not to tight of an area and easy to manage. I like the stage being down. I had a great time. The buffet food spread was nice. A nice selection of food. I would return again if the need arises. Kind of felt for a minute like I was on ship.

Absolutely best conference experience ever. So much nature and wild life to immerse yourself in outside of session and I loved that the windows in the room opened. Sarah was so on top of everything and even proactively stopped by regularly to check in with our events team and make sure we didn’t need anything. 10/10 recommend!

This facility is really something. It has a super nice basketball court and pickleball courts. It is a great place to hang out and learn while enjoying God’s nature and rugged beauty. The hotel rooms are a bit small which is really quite perfect for one person, just feels squashed. The service is quick and helpful as well. Definitely will come back here.

Capella University regularly uses this conference center. It's excellent, although somewhat inconvenient to reach from Chicago or O'Hare without a vehicle. The staff is very attentive and food service is good.

The Q center was most definitely a great place to have a company event in. The check-in process is really easy by going to the front desk and they'll give you a map of where you'll be staying. It's a very large campus so don't be afraid to ask for directions or a larger map if necessary.

The rooms are TINY but from speaking with other guests & staff it sounds like they were designed as such to promote collaboration amongst your team. If you are over 6' tall I wish you the best of luck on those smaller twin-sized beds. There are larger rooms that can be upgraded if necessary so I've heard.

There are plenty of areas to relax and enjoy inside and outside. There is a walking path that surrounds the area and plenty of seating for dining both inside and out. The food was good and was in a buffet format with 3 separate lines. Sometimes there were sushi, burgers, vegan foods, depending on the line you choose.

Conference auditorium areas can comfortably seat 400-500 folks and there was still plenty of room to spare with a great set up for A/V. The staff was pleasant to deal with and very attentive to our technical needs and answering any questions we had. It was a great experience and I can't wait to come back again!

Was there for a conference. The room was spartan and way too pricey for what it was. The snack availability were great for the conference. I didn’t get to try any hot food unfortunately due to timing. The grounds were nice. The staff was friendly. If the rooms were better, it would have been a great experience.

The workers and servers are good, hardworking, and friendly. There are quite a few options for activities on the grounds and there is a shuttle to go to downtown St. Charles for additional activities.

There are many different options available at meal times and they do a good job with their signage that gives the name of the food and any allergens or dietary issues that one may need to think about before eating.

It's great that you can get anywhere in the sprawling buildings without ever going outside. The layout is confusing, it's easy to get lost or turned around.
