The renovated rooms were nice but lacked character. The amenities were minimal and the sauna in the women's bathroom didn't work. The staff didn't share anything about the golf resort or offer any discounts to anything. Since it was part of a timeshare visit it was still a great trip to Phoenix. Didn't seem to excitng for children in comparison to other Westgate properties. If you want a kitchen you have to reserve at least 2 bedrooms but if you only have a one bedroom option, it's best to just get a hotel room. The one bedroom is pretty small for an entire weeks stay.

Like other reviews we placed a reservation here last minute because other places were full or ridiculously overpriced. The service was amazing. We asked for a room change due to the obnoxiously loud guests next door and were accommodated immediately. Unfortunately the quiet area we were placed in only lasted a short time. We were barely situated and falling asleep when the neighbors in this room became super loud as well.
I am usually a heavy sleeper and can sleep through a lot, not with these walls! We had a very early morning flight and got little to no sleep. Definitely upgrade in insulation between rooms or thicker walls, something because this was horrible. In all honesty, I would have been better off sleeping in the rental cat or on the airport floor. Again, great staff, room was clean, the noise level unacceptable. If you are looking for at least a semi ok night of sleep, this is not the place.

We have stayed 5+ times at Thanksgiving/Christmas as our family live on the golf course. The website lists the pools as being heated and EVERY time we have stayed, I specifically call in advance and the resort confirms there is no planned maintenance and then during our stay ‘we’re so sorry, the heating is under maintenance’ and no detail can be provided about when it will be fixed. In 5+ stays we haven’t been able to use the pool once. Don’t falsely advertise on your website.

Not a bad place to stay. Nicely done inside. If you are typical Westgate owners (especially Orlando based) you will miss the amenities. The 5am yard work was a bit ridiculous, and like all Westgate they have great TVs, but definitely cheap out on the picture quality of whatever service they use.
Great location if you plan to be there for spring training.

Put your money towards somewhere else, we stayed here in a pinch because other hotels were booked out or charging insane amounts per day. This was affordable and so we took it. Service was great and staff was super friendly! But that’s the nicest thing I can say about this place. To start the room apperead okay at first. But the corners of the room had piles of dust and hair, the mattress was the oldest mattress I have seen in a hotel or resort. Comforter was yellowed and had 2 sheets sandwiching it like some sort of duvet. And the worst part of it is that the walls were so thin you could hear neighbors talking. Felt so uncomfortable in my own room I didn’t want to be there.

Our studio was very clean and perfect for a couple, featuring a big restroom with two sinks, a comfy bed, a little kitchenette with a sink, cutlery, fridge, toaster and coffee maker. The AC was quite noisy, but maybe we didn't manage to use the right settings.

The resort is well kept. We didn't use the pool, but we enjoyed drinking our coffee in front of a small lake with green views.

Excellent quality for the price - highly recommended!

This is my second time staying at this location. I give it 5 stars because this place has been perfect both times. I've stayed in the bigger suites. They are spacious and have everything needed for an extended stay. Perfect for vacationing families. The area around is well kept and groomed. The pool is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring!

We exchanged our Las Vegas Westgate week to stay in Mesa to be close to our granddaughters soccer tournaments. Location was great, rooms were clean, but outdated. As far as service goes, only saw staff at check in and check out as we really didn't need to use any services. Staff pleasant!
