I recently visited Lulu’s Head Spa in Naperville, IL, and had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for relaxation.

Danielle was my scalp therapist, and she was wonderful—warm, professional, and attentive. She explained the process thoroughly, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The treatment itself was incredibly soothing; I was so relaxed that I even fell asleep!

Beyond the experience, the results were fantastic. My hair feels unbelievably soft, and the scent is amazing. It’s clear that Lulu’s Head Spa uses high-quality products that truly nourish the scalp and hair.

I went to Lulu’s head spa recently and had a lovely experience🩷 The atmosphere is so relaxing and cute! They had complimentary tea which helps hair growth! I had my scalp treatment done by Magda and it was the best. I definitely recommend her to anyone. She walked me through the whole experience and it was so relaxing. After she finished, my scalp felt clean and was visibly so clean. She showed me with the scalp camera how much built up dirt and oil she took off. I will be back again

Beautiful and calming atmosphere. Feels just like a high-end spa. The staff is great, it’s very clean. And the treatments… I can’t even put into words how amazing they are! They feel AMAZING - they truly let me escape and just relax. Also as someone with scalp issues, my irritation improved so much after going. Highly, highly recommend this place!

I had an amazing experience with Jillian! I went for my first head spa, and from start to finish, everything was perfect. Jillian is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely relaxed. She took the time to assess my scalp and tailored the treatments to my specific needs. My scalp felt so refreshed, glowing, and hydrated afterward! The atmosphere was calming, and Jillian’s attention to detail really showed in her work. I left feeling pampered and can’t wait to book with her again. Highly recommend!

Had no idea my hair could be this soft! My hair tends to be oily and I believe I take good care of it for the most part, but this was an incredible experience. My hair feels so soft, light, bouncy, and healthy! No to mention the staff was absolutely wonderful from booking, to checking in, to actual scalp service. This place is so cute! It’s so hard for me to relax and I “almost” wanted to take a nap at the end of my treatment. The neck massage was the cherry on top! And they even have a blow dry and Dyson air wrap bar that you can use after your service. Definitely will be coming back and getting gift cards for my friends!

My experience was absolutely exceptional! The spa is stunning and so tranquil. The hospitality was top-notch—they offered beverages and a divine weighted warm neck wrap. Bri did my scalp treatment, and it was simply amazing. She was incredibly sweet, had a lovely touch, and really knew her stuff. I also got to meet the owner, Val, who was so kind and helpful. She handcrafts all her hair care products, which I absolutely love and appreciate! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a spot for their hair and scalp needs!
