The Sheraton Lisle Naperville Hotel should not be rated higher than 2.5 stars due to several issues. The rooms are outdated, with old and dirty carpets, dark brown aging wall paint, and a noticeable dust odor. The bathroom faucet was broken, and the small window provided insufficient natural light. The room itself was dimly lit, lacking adequate lighting. The swimming pool walls were in poor condition and required repainting. Of the three elevators, one was out of order, while the other two were outdated and had an unpleasant odor, with one even having a broken glass panel. Additionally, breakfast was not included in the stay and had to be purchased separately, with limited buffet options. Comparing this hotel to my previous stay in Chicago the night before, it does not deserve a rating higher than 2.5 stars. Sorry.

I was very impressed with the “friendliness and professionalism” that Lisa, who checked me in displayed upon my arrival. |She was very polite and cheerful as well! I also noticed that the hotel had a different “vibe” to it versus the last time I stayed. Lisa advised that the new GM had done a great job in making changes!||Thank you LISA 🤗

Hotel hosted a fantastic convention. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Entertaining cast at the bar. Enrique prepared an incredible old fashioned. Breakfast was delicious and had an expansive selection. Would definitely recommend for anyone planning a trip near Chicago!

Attending a large convention. There was ample parking and spacious meeting rooms. Staff was attentive and helpful. Individual rooms were quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre with watery scrambled eggs and burners toward the back of the pan. All hot foods were crowded in the corner. The layout needs to be overhauled. The luncheon meal was distasteful as well. Carrots and broccoli were so not cooked or steamed. However, meeting friends and making new ones, made the weekend fantastic.

Enrique was my bartender and tended to me very timely and prepared me an excellent old fashion! Hotel hosted a great convention, we had a blast, very well organized and slept comfortably. Would recommend if you are staying for business or just traveling.

I was searching for a hotel near the Chicago area with great highway access to make my journey to Michigan as smooth as possible. The property didn't have all the amenities and frills, but most essentials like refrigerators and microwaves could be requested. The parking area was well-lit, and security cameras and staff monitored the space. Most importantly, the hotel was quiet, and the beds were comfortable; I fell asleep within minutes of laying my head on the pillow! It's hard to ask for anything more!
