For business travel to the area this hotel is not particularly convenient unless the office is right in naperville. The staff I encountered were great, extremely helpful and energetic. The hotel however is in dire need of some updates. The room was showing lots of wear and tear and the fitness center should be completely replaced. I will likely find a different choice for my next trip to the area.

Positive: Staff was very nice, rooms were big and plenty of space to work which was nice. Negative: The rooms need more lighting. It was very dark in the rooms in the evening.

We had very good experience this hotel! Traveled with Family , all family liked this hotel, Rooms are very clean! All rooms are non smoking rooms! Breakfast was amazing, all staff are very friendly! Recommend this hotel to everyone! Definitely will stay again next trips to Chicago area!

Great, super clean room and comfortable bed. The only drawbacks were: the bathroom is TINY, and I could watch TV through the toilet paper.

"Our stay in the double queens room at SpringHill Suites was a pleasant surprise! The room was surprisingly spacious, with a comfortable, high-quality two queens bed and crisp linens. The modern decor had a calming feel, and the large windows offered plenty of natural light. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with amenities. While not the most luxurious, it was definitely a great value for the price, especially considering the convenient location near the Naperville. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chicago.

For my work location this is excellent. It is very close. The rooms I have been given have always been clean and comfortable and the staff at the hotel is friendly. The breakfast buffet isn't the biggest one I've seen, but it is consistent. I'm pretty happy with my stay.

It's a very nice hotel. Very clean. Pool is well kept and water wasn't 🥶.....very nice. It was also cool that there was 2 waffle makers....anyone with kids knows how important it is to have this. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area 👍
