This was the best experience of staying in hotel by far. The rooms are clean and spacious. We had small kitchen that was wonderful addition and so easy to use. The whole staff is wonderful and ready to help. I owe special thanks to sales manager Mr. Bautista who went out of his way to accommodate my request. We forgot some stuff in the room and they kept it and called us to pick it up. Wonderful experience! Thank you all so much for making my hotel stay feel like home.

We were in town for a family event and just stayed one night here. We had a good stay. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool/hot tub when we got in, and the next morning had a good breakfast. I was impressed by the variety and little extra touches (fresh toppings for oatmeal, etc).

Positive: Very clean hotel. Rooms were good size. Breakfast was nice. Helpful staff Negative: In the middle of a commercial area so not walking distance to anything but close to highway and plenty of places by car.

My building had a fire which displaced me for two months. If ever I needed a champion in my corner it was December 20. Eliah Batista, the Sales Manager and Secelley, Front Desk Representative helped me move in. The minute I walked in to the lobby, there was a sense of calm. Bright decor, fireplace, fresh flowers, smiling staff greeted me.

Yesenia and Rosa kept my room sparkling clean. The room has a kitchen with full refrigerator, stovetop and cabinets. Living room is very comfortable with couch, desk, table for two, large TV. Very accommodating bedroom, large bathroom, great shower pressure. Breakfast is delicious too!

The best feature is the staff, who make the stay perfect.

Thank you Marriott Residence Inn! All your staff deserve applause and a raise.

Nothing within walking distance for food, had to order in. They do offer a decent free breakfast. Had to practically beg for some bottled water, which usually is provided free.
Walls are so thin, I could hear conversations from the next room! Sofa was hard as a rock! I would avoid this hotel.

Weโ€™ve had to stay here multiple times throughout the last year & itโ€™s always a pleasant experience.

The manager Anthony Hall is really great. Weโ€™ve had a few small issues and heโ€™s always been kind, quick to offer a solution and just overall is a nice human.

There are several hotels in the area for a a bit less $ per night, we continue to use you guys because of Anthony.

Thank you,

Dave & Cynthia

I gave this place a 4 star rating because I did a stay from September to December 2024 for a business trip. I was two months in when Eliu Batista, the sales manager, and Karolina Skrodziuk, the general manager, confronted me at the front desk when I walked into the hotel lobby They accused me of being behind in paying. They did this in the lobby in front of people, checking in and people lounging in the lobby. After showing them my credit card online. They charged my card two days before. The sales manager Eliu said he had mixed me up with another customer. Then he proceeded to ask me for my company's credit card and if he could have my manager's phone number. I told him my contract is that I pay with my credit card and you don't need my managers number. They then asked me to prepay. If they had asked from the beginning for a prepayment because I was staying for a long time, this would have been different. I ended up prepaying for the whole week the day of the confrontation. On this same day, I was offered a position to stay longer at the job site. I decided to stay in a different place because of the unprofessionalism. Long story short, I prepaid every week until I left on 12/30/24. I believe Eliu is a person of drama. I give no place in my life for unnecessary drama. Later in my stay, Eliu greeted me, and I greeted him back. He said, " I am surprised that you greeted me because another guest that I confronted wouldn't speak to me." I am not built this way, I let the creator deal with people when they do me wrong. I will still be corgile because what you put out will come back to you double.

It is a nice updated hotel. The staff at the front Ms. Sesalee was always pleasant and professional. Mr. Anthony was always professional. These two should be the manager and sales manager. They know how to treat and speak to people. The other staff were professional, the cleaning staff and the head maintenance guy were always nice and kind. This would have been 5 stars had I been treated as a human being by the managers. To anyone staying in this hotel for a long business trip, make sure to pay up front so you don't have to deal with drama if you want a drama free stay.

I got locked out of the bedroom in my hotel room and called the front desk. They said that they did not have the key for the hotel room and that they would get in contact with the people who hold the key. Why was the key not kept at the desk?
