Highly recommend as a wedding and reception venue! Mary and her team are wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. As an out of state couple, they made planning, finding vendors, and coordinating a positive experience. Photos don't do it justice!

This time of year, October, is a great time to go and observe the birds who are migrating through on their way to the South. The confluence of the two rivers makes it a wonderful resting and feeding area. This area is so well-maintained and it was a beautiful day! We saw beautiful white swans and a snowy egret. Be sure to bring your binoculars! We didn't actually go into the center because it is closed on weekends.

Great place to take kids! I took my 6 yr old niece multiple times over the summer and every month they have something new. Birds, fish, lots of things for kids to learn about nature. The staff is always super friendly and available to talk about the displays or crafts.

Gorgeous facility with revolving exhibits. We went today to see the quilts of endangered animals.
We were greeted by a super friendly worker and there was plenty of close parking. Also, immaculate bathrooms if you need them.

Beautiful views of the river from the windows. Excellent interactive bird exhibit. Huge aquarium of local river fish. Floor was covered in enormous aerial view map of the area. I'll definitely come back in warm weather to enjoy the native plantings, trails, and views of the river.

This nature center is a beautiful spot to watch the wildlife, throw out a line and fish, or take a stroll. Inside, there are educational displays and some live critters. There are spotting scopes that overlook the river - note there are several bald eagles that frequent the area!
Weekdays, you may be sharing the space with field trip groups...nice to see the kids excited about nature!

I captured a wedding here and just loved the location. I love the outdoor space for the ceremony and had great locations for photos nearby. The reception was tons of fun and was the perfect space for all the formals and dancing!
