Ice arena is nice with fairly easy access to beverages, food, and facilities. Have always had positive interactions with all staff members. Wish list: Rooms at hockey games to hold private events/parties for work or moreover for friends’ birthdays, etc. Overall though a good location with ease of access in and out of facility.

Hadn't been to this event center in 30 years. Was still a well maintained place and had grown even bigger. A good time was had and would definitely return again.

The venue is not a place I would attend for another concert. The place had terrible accustics. Lot of feed back. Seats were nosebleed, 3 rows from the top. Like going up a mountain side. I know that they love to sell alcohol but it just contributes to over drinking and people being rude and obnoxious. I like to drink but for as much money as you pay for tickets then up and down to the concession and restrooms. My husband asked 2 girls to sit down cause he couldn't see and the guy who was with them, drunk, came at my husband. Brooks and Dunn were great. But not returning for anymore concerts.

11.8.24 Amazing KANSAS performance!! Superb sound. Beams of lighting show were visible throught theatre hall, which jad been filled with smoke particles before the show.

I’ve been here a many times and have never thought to write a review until today. I’ve been here for more concerts than I can remember, plays, performances and all sorts of things. Today I came to the Peoria Comic & Toy Convention with two of my best friends. Not our first one, definitely not our last. Everyone and everything was great. This place has been a house of memories for me and I hope to continue making memories here as time rolls on. Cheers 🍻

Clean, well managed and staffed. Everyone I met had a great time.
Went to see John Cleese. Close handicapped accessible parking and entrance. A short walk to the theater, the seat location was easy to find, plenty of helpful staff to answer questions and help people around. My only complaint is the theater seating. First the rows are way too long without an aisle, it needs at least two to break up the long long walk you have to disturb everyone seated to get out to the restroom. I hate to say this but, what appeared to be a 3 to 4 hundred pound man sat next to my wife. His flesh spilled over the chair arm and into her seat and she had to lean over into my seat to fit into her space. She had worked all day, rushed home, changed her clothes, and we rushed to the show only to find she couldn't sit comfortably in the seat we had paid for. She is 5'-1" at 108lbs. and couldn't sit straight in her seat because of this person's size. Then it happened, some people needed to walk through and the large man was grumpy about having to move because there was no way of walking past him. Size limit? Special seating? I don't care but I will never go through this again.

Friendly staff for the event I went to which was the Brick fest. As for brick fest it's not all what I expected it to be, my son enjoyed it but thought there would have been more activities as well as vendors so he was a little bummed about that. The lego pit was of course the favorite part.
