My husband and I stayed here for the first time while visiting family—and we’ll definitely be back! ||Why it was great:|- Charles and Alexis at the front desk gave us a warm welcome. |- Charles provided a complimentary upgrade to a spacious king suite! |- Our room was clean, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. ||Huge thanks to Charles and the Fairfield team for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites was one to remember. We
booked the Fairfield inn on Dec 13 & 14 2024 for my wedding night even though yes, I am an East Peoria resident, but we needed a place for my bridal party and I to stay for my wedding, as well as a suite for my husband and I to stay on our wedding night. The Fairfield inn was the most accommodating for us in what we needed out of any of the hotels in the East Peoria area (which there are a lot). They were Very accommodating in what I was needing especially for the day of my big day, which was for us ladies to get ready. They were okay with us getting ready where ever needed. The lobby in the morning was so nice and warm. I sat down by the fireplace and had my morning coffee for a little while by myself to reflect on my big day. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was hot and really good. My favorite part was the gentleman working the desk both nights. He was super friendly to my girlfriends and I, and even gave my girlfriends a free midnight snack (they were very excited) The night of the wedding my newly husband and I chatted with him for probably a good 30mins just chatting away like we had known him forever. He was even kind enough to take a photo with us! He is why our stay was the best! The only negative part I will add is that we were pretty disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working. My husband and I were very much looking forward to sitting in it for a few mins to wind down after our big day.. I still gave this stay a 5 star bc I will always remember the kindness the staff were those two days.

We recently stayed here for a company training. From inquiry of the hotel to the checkout at the end, was flawless!
Kudos to their director of sales, Gizem, who was very attentive before the event and made it a prority to introduce herself when we arrived. This was a great central location for our employees and close to many restaurants and shopping.

I wanted to be honest for others’ sake since I booked this room based on the 4 star google rating. I try to not leave negative comments but the shower really yucked me out. I typically am not very picky but it would be one thing if this was a shower curtain and a friend or family member’s house that you’re crashing at….but I don’t know the people that have stayed here and I don’t like thinking their soapy skin cells and hair is on this curtain plus moldy spots. I would expect that a hotel would have one of those detachable and washable shower liners but this one didn’t. I have stayed at $80 a night hotels and the shower was cleaner. I gave 3 stars bc the front desk person was great and the beds are clean.

We were traveling for the holidays and Alexis was a huge help in making our stay lovely. She really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. We appreciate her making this part of our trip so easy.

There's no microwave in the rooms but a community one in the lobby. It's not good for a person who works 3rd shift, and all I want to do is take a shower, heat my food, and go to bed. But I have to put on clothes and go downstairs. I'll wait for someone else who's using the microwave because it's breakfast time

Our family was in town for a funeral and the assistant GM, Charles, was so helpful to my family. He made sure we were in a spacious room that was comfortable enough for us (a teenage son and daughter and 2 parents). We used the fitness center and pool which were both nice and well kept. Breakfast area was clean and coffee was always available. The staff was always nice! I want to thank Charles for going above and beyond for my family and treating us so well.

We were in town for a state chess tournament for my son. This hotel was family friendly, centrally located, and convenient.
