This was one of the best experiences EVER! Our family congregated here for 2 days to celebrate mom’s80th bday. Samantha and her staff were amazing and were so polite and genuine the whole time. Pool area was awesome with a hot tub, L shaped pool and splash pad for kids. The restaurant staff and front desk staff were extremely attentive. We used the spacious common area to play board games by the fire and at the large tables. We used a “party room” and Samantha came in on her day off to make sure that everything went smoothly. Ariel and her restaurant staff made sure our food kept coming. The only bad thing was the cruddy toilet paper! (We went and bought our own). You do have to pay for parking. We LOVED this spacious space for a family get together/reunion.

Best customer service I have received during a hotel stay! The front desk receptionists, Philicia and Brianna B were so kind, attentive, and helped me and my family get a room at last minutes notice. We had a room booked at another hotel, but when we found out the pool was closed at that hotel, we had to find another hotel fast. Philicia and Brianna B were so kind to me in my frantic state (as I had two kids with me that absolutely needed a pool!). The pool was so much fun and we had a great stay. Thank you Philicia and Brianna B for helping me and my family out! You both were the best!

Stayed at this hotel with my Boys to go and see the Monster Truck , staff was exceptionally great! Felicia at the front desk was very nice and informative about the hotel. The hotel was very nice , lobby and dining area were nice and spacious.The inside Pool was fun my Boys enjoyed that. Only thing I would say was bad is that we found like a chip and a hair band in our room😬, so you know they didn't clean the room very well.

The lobby looks nice, however, the front desk staff directed us to an elevator that was kind of out of the way that was not accessible if you were pushing your luggage on their cart. There was a short stairway that led to the elevator. That would have been nice to know before he directed us there. We had to remove all of our things from the cart and take them up on two separate trips. One of the elevators was out of order and the other one looked like a service elevator (not sure if it was). The food was not the greatest. As for breakfast, tis we were not impressed. The hostess left her post and we waited for about 10 minutes before we were able to be seated. We ordered skillets and the potato tots in the skillet were hard. The oj was sour, and the apple juice tasted awful. The room was nice though. No pronounced smells and it was clean. I would stay here again, I would just order out next time.

I stayed here while visiting a family member who was in the nearby hospital. It had been a few days since I took a shower and my clothes needed to be washed (I'm from out of state). I arrived late, without a reservation, via Uber (enough said I hope, as ride share here isn't easy), the day wasn't great. Nevertheless upon arriving I was greeted by a sweet women who made me feel better! While she was checking me in I asked about getting coins for the laundry. What happened next is magical! Candy, who I can only assume is the manager, gave me money from her own pocket! Immediately assisted the check in process an explanation of the hotel and off I went. Once entering my room, I realized how rare Candy is! She was knowledgeable about the job, the Four Points hotel and the area but going above is unique. She is unique!

We stayed here for an event downtown Peoria @ the Civic Center. this hotel is the best location! We were able to walk to our event and not hassle with parking. The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. The pool area along with the restaurant attached was a huge plus! We will definitely be back to this other for other events downtown Peoria.

Positive: The pool was so much fun for my toddler the splash pad water was warm and he had a blast Negative: do not eat at the hotel restaurant horrible experience staff was rude and the place was empty but it still took a hour an half to get food. The waitress in training was very unhelpful and rude. The manager however seeing this did comp our bill some.

The beds were comfortable. The shower was nothing to call home about, but it was warm not hot warm. A plus side in the bathroom is the shampoo conditioner and body wash is the standard to the rooms. No mini travel size bottles were you're squeezing out the last drop hoping for a full lather. The pool water was cloudy. It didn't burn your eyes which was a good thing. The hot tub was hot nothing fancy there. Breakfast is not included with your stay it's an additional fee. The pancakes are disgraced to pancakes. The sausage gravy definitely comes from a can. The eggs were standard hotel eggs. The bacon and the fresh fruit were hands down the top contenders. The orange juice is concentrate. If you've ever brushed your teeth before drinking your glass of orange juice that's exactly what it tastes like. No milk which is to me crazy. Hotels that are much less for the stay milk is standard in their complimentary breakfast. Check out time not being till noon they get big bonus points with that one. Definitely won't be my first choice for our next hotel stay unfortunately.
