I had an amazing stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Morton. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the room to the friendliness of the staff. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel facilities exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of my stay.

The staff was welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was convenient, and I had no issues with parking or accessing nearby attractions. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Morton.

this place is a dump even by days inn standards. I’m not sure what hotel these positive reviews came from but it wasn’t this location. there is no cleanliness ive seen at this location. it seems like the management doesn’t even try . from the shower curtain to the dingy towels and bed linens . the showers look like they were cleaned by a lazy teenager. if you find yourself with nowhere else to stay make sure to bring your own towels blankets and linens . and some clorox wipes . you will need them.

The staff I encountered were nice enough. Location was convenient to where I needed to go and right off the highway. The rooms on the other hand..absolutely nasty. First day there I saw a roach on the wall in the hallway and one behind the cereal at breakfast...thought okay maybe it will be fine because hadn't seen them in our room yet. Later that day I see one and then just more and more from then on. My mom got ready for her wedding in my room and a roach crawled across the bottom of her wedding dress. I screamed when one flew out of my bag..they flew out of the fridge when we opened it which I was using to keep my baby's milk in. My feet were BLACK from the carpet in the room, just foul. And no it wasn't just my room, my brother stayed in a room 2 doors down and his was the exact same way. The hallways smelled like people were smoking marijuana right there in front of my door. I would rather have stayed at the hotel next door.

Room heat worked poorly. Hole in bathroom ceiling. Room was never cleaned in 3 days (I asked 3 times for clean room). tv didn't work, manager couldn't fix. I got it to work myself last day. Coffee in Room was never replaced after 1st use. I do not intend to ever use this accommodation again.

Visiting for a loss in the family and needed somewhere close by to stay. Within 30 mins of checking in I was ready to cancel my reservation. Stains on the bed skirts and smelled very musty. Paint splatters on part of the carpet. Non smoking room with burn holes in the blanket. When I went to do so I was sent in circles about my cancellation being told by the front desk they have no control, then customer service telling me the hotel had my booking directly and it was up to them. I go back inside and am given the number for the manager. The manager was trying to send me back to customer service with a very non-professional almost irritated tone when I finally gave up. I understand having no cancellations as a policy if that’s the case why is that not posted anywhere? I saw “cancellation policy: must be before 6pm day of” multiple times on the website and on my confirmation emails and that’s it. I checked in at 3 and asked to cancel at 3:30. It’s 4:30 now and I’m pretty sure I’m not getting my refund even though I’m not staying and this policy is not clear at all. Very ironic considering the phone music while I waited for assistance kept saying that day inn is so flexible with their reservations!

At first the room I was given wasn’t the same as booked, after saying something staff was very helpful and switched my room immediately. Location was very quiet and Tv was nice. For the price, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Good hotel with breakfast included! They were very accommodating during our stay, which was greatly appreciated because it was already a very stressful time for our family. I definitely recommend the hotel.

The man at the front desk is very friendly and wants to ensure that everything meets your expectations. Rooms are clean. Very quiet.
