This hotel is very nice, in all appearances, everything was clean, and we really enjoyed the kitchen/living area. It's nice to have a place to sit besides the bed. We checked in on a Friday and out Sunday morning. ||There were a couple of issues, we were in room 228, and that was right next to the open area that looked down on the breakfast seating. The weekend we were there was the weekend of the beginning of March Madness. You can hear just about everything from that room. At night there were groups of people sitting in the breakfast area watching the game, which I don't have a problem with, but, when it's 11 at night and you can hear people yelling and hollering at the tv/bb game, that's a little annoying. Most places have a quiet time period. If the it wasn't so open, it might not have been so loud. |Also, hardly any hot water. I'm sure the hotel was sold out, but, one still expects to have some hot water to take a shower. |Overall, I've definitely stay here again, should I ever find myself in Peoria again. It was a good location, easy on and off, a lot of different restaurants really close to the hotel. Parking was a bugger because of the Deer Classic and Rodeo that was happening across the street at the Civic Center. Had a hard time finding a spot with everyone's trailers taking up space.

I originally reserved a king size bed studio room. When I arrived I was given a "queen size ". It seemed like a full size bed. The shower wasn't as hot as it should've been. There was great pressure though. Breakfast was good. It seemed like the front desk staff weren't so confident in answering questions.

We had couple of small hiccups at check-in but overall it was taken care of within 30 minutes. Hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Civic Center where we went to see a comedian on our first night stay, easily managed by walking to/from. All places that we traveled to over the remaining weekend were very easy to get to by car, so I'd say the hotel is in a great central location. Breakfast was hot & well stocked. The staff was friendly & attentive to everyone's needs. Hotel was decorated for the holidays & also had updated decor in public areas as well as the rooms which included a small kitchenette area, very nice to help cut costs on food/eating out. We had a great time in Peoria, IL & would definitely stay here again.

Zach was so friendly at the front desk. He made us feel very welcomed! Our girl Stella that we met by the happy hour and breakfast was just so special to meet her. She was so nice to us also. Our room was perfect and very comfortable sleeping.

In for a quick business trip. The front desk was very nice. The hotel and room were very clean. The breakfast in the morning as also very good. The only hiccup was when I checked in they checked me into a room that already was not made up yet. The front desk quickly fixed and got me in a clean room. Rooms are spacious. free parking, friendly staff, good breakfast. I would stay here again

Positive: Location for 1, but 2 all the employees were friendly, helpful & very efficient at getting things taken care of for us in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again! Negative: Just a couple of snaffus upon checkin but both were handled very quickly & although we were a little irritated it wasn't directed at the staff we were just tired from traveling & wanted to relax in our room for a bit before heading to the Civic Center.

We arrived and were given keys to a room that had not been cleaned. I was furious. I had had a long day traveling and this bs! We returned to the front desk. We were upgraded to a two suite room as a result…I had asked for some consideration for the f up…but was denied. We got to the room and it was not clean at all …but it had been serviced but not very good…we said f it and just stayed there. Trash outside of every room for long periods of time…chicken bone on floor for half a day before someone picked it up…jeez…DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!!!

Got there at 4:20 pm check in was 3pm. Told are room wasn't ready. Finally got are roo walked in it was 46 degrees in the room. Window open furnace was blowing cold air. Fire alarm beeping. Maintenance man came and fixed things just for the fire alarm to start beeping again at 2 am on are 2nd night. My room was facing the outside basketball court went to bed at 9 pm had to be across the street early the next morning. Couldn't get to sleep because of kids outside in 30 degree weather making all kinds of noise. Had to go to front desk 3 times in are first 30 minutes there. No toilet paper no garbage bags. Room was not ready for anyone an hour and a half after check in time. The only good thing about these experience was the people that worked there where friendly. Not a good experience at all. Rooms where offer priced for what we got. Not good
