I would like to say thank you to the entire staff and all employees of the Residence at this location. While staying here our family experience the unfortunate loss of a family member right before Christmas, they were the kindest and most accommodating people.True professionals in every way. Every member of their staff was always a pleasure to engage,anything we needed they were always available. Thank you for making a very painful and difficult time a little easier. Your kindness will be remembered.

Not a great experience, folks. Service was very poor - from the front desk to the housekeeping to the breakfast side. Waited over two hours to get into our room. Was messages that our room was ready so we scurried back to the hotel to be told it wasn’t. Tbh, the front desk didn’t act like they cared (I know they didn’t but at least pretend).
As long as it took to get into our room you’d think it would be spotless - no. Water on the floor too.
Just not good. I’m someone who spends 70-100 nights a year in Marriotts too - note to management - you have work to do here

Excellent hotel excellent staff especially Anna at the front desk and DeAndre from the maintenance crew. They run this hotel perfectly. It was spotless so clean so inviting. The pool was very refreshing. It was quiet and cozy and honestly one of only two really good hotels in Peoria, Illinois. The breakfast servers did an amazing job as well. I felt very safe in the hotel. I felt at home. I do not have one complaint. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. They are doing everything right as far as I can see at this hotel. Do not pass up this hotel. It’s in a pod of three hotels, and I would choose this one over the other two which I have stayed at as well, do not pass this hotel up if you are in the Peoria area in need of accommodations. And by the way, it is by everything restaurants, drugstores, etc..

Excellent hotel, excellent staff. This is one of only two hotels good enough to stay at in Peoria Illinois. As far as I could see this hotel is doing everything right and compliments to Anna at the front desk and DeAndre on the maintenance crew for keeping such a clean and inviting hotel for its guests. The pool was extremely refreshing and the breakfast crew did an excellent job as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and there are tons of restaurants and convenience stores located nearby. I felt safe and right at home at this hotel mostly I appreciate how clean my room was and how clean and bright the whole entire hotel is nothing dreary or depressing about this hotel at all.

This hotel is amazing! Staff were very friendly. The hot breakfast had huge variety and was very good. The man in charge of the breakfast area did a great job - food was good, he was very attentive making sure the food areas were stocked and clean. He cleared dishes right away and wiped down tables. The room was great- we loved the layout and it was well decorated and clean. Bed was comfortable. The hotel itself was very clean. The morning we were leaving someone was even wiping down the insides of the elevators. The landscaping was pretty outside. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Peoria!!

Overall it was a okay stay. The rooms were very nice and clean. Our housekeeper was very understanding and sweet. I had several issues with the front desk. (I have worked the front desk before in many hotels and understand what quality service should look like.) Most of them were not very personable and seemed like they really didn't care about me or probably any guest. They were not accommodating with really any of my reservation any time I would ask for anything (and the hotel was not very busy at all). Just really made it hard to enjoy everything else throughout the trip.

Great spacious room, everything you need with soo many outlets. Shower was large and great water pressure. Polite helpful staff too. Will stay here next time in town.
