As a travel nurse, I've done many contracts in Peoria. I ALWAYS stay here. My requests (favorite room, request the heat or air on before I get there) are always met.

While it isn't as updated as, say, a 4 or 5-star hotel it's always clean. After countless stays, I've never encountered bedbugs (which is more than I can say for even the higher star hotels) and they have covers on the mattress to prevent them.

Overall, this hotel is amazing. Staff is attentive, rooms are clean, and comfy. Love this place!!

Staying again after a similar incident 2 years ago thinking it had to have been an isolated incident, unfortunately it seems to still be a problem.
We left in the morning and put the do not disturb sign on the door to the inside of the hotel, locked the door from the inside and shut the door to the outside and made sure it was locked. We returned about 10 hours later and immediately noticed that the window curtain was now open (for all to see inside) and the outside door was open about 2 inches.
The woman at the front counter said that she did not see the Do Not Disturb sign (was hanging back on the inside of my room door) and came in through the outside door and must have mistakenly left it open. My wife asked to speak to the owner and wanted to know how to contact them but was stonewalled by a man that said he was the manager. Would not give her any other information other than he will train his staff better. The person responsible was sitting right next to him. This will be our last visit here as this is all very shady with entering a locked room with a Do Not Disturb sign and the refusal of the "manager" to give any info of how to contact anyone higher than himself.

Outside of that, I would have given this hotel a 5 stars. Clean room, updated TV and Fridge. And the most important thing to me .... NO BEDBUGS!!!! It was a great stay at a great price. But if I cannot confirm the safety of my personal items (and pets in the incident 2 years prior), I CANNOT stay here again. Please read through those reviews as others have had similar experiences.

Positive: As a one night hotel it is clean. Negative: They waste no time preparing to clean the hotel for the day. Housekeeping just opened my door without knocking and announcing who they were at 7:30 in the morning. The breakfast was bare minimum and not fully stocked

After I was kicked out of the comfort inn in Morton Illinois for finding bed bugs in two rooms choice got me a room at the quality! I’ll admit quality had immaculate rooms! Clean as a pen! They also have mattress and box spring covers which is nice! Definitely give them a try they several steps above the comfort inn there! Comfort inn is completely trash go see for ya self

Positive: Comfortable beds and pillows. Showers have great water pressure. Location is great-easy off and easy on the interstate. Really like access from the outside directly into the rooms on the lower level. Staff are pleasant. Negative: Really like this hotel and have stayed here several times. I was in town for a few days and chose to stay at Quality Inn mainly because of the low price and decent ratings. I was happy enough with my stay. The staff were nice. The bedroom was okay with a comfy bed. The bathroom was dated but okay. The breakfast was okay. The exercise room was minimal, but I was still glad it was there. There was plenty of parking. The location was good, with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. I would stay there again for a conference. The WiFi was decent most of the time, but cutout once or twice. I never turned the television on, so I can’t say anything about that. If I were visiting with my family I’d probably spend a little more and find a nicer place.

Disgusting
We checked in at 6AM after a long night on the motorcycles. We got a call at 10:30AM telling us our check out time was 11AM or we would have to pay for 2 nights!
And the room was filthy! With a pill of unknown origin, laying next to the metal pan that was under the refrigerator, we did not touch! I'm glad I didn't have a toddler.
The bathroom was so disgusting! How many peoples skin cells and toenail clippings are petrified in the corners by the bathtub?
Also, the window did not latch, but there was a metal thing screwed to the dirty, un cleaned window track, so it could only be slid open 8 inches.
There's a nice motel next door... I wish we had gone there
