Two weekends ago I unfortunately had to come back to Peoria for a funeral. The staff at comfort suites went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and had a pleasant scent upon stepping in. And the free cable was a plus! The Continental breakfast had so many healthy choices and was up and running by 6am. I couldn’t have had a better or more comfortable stay! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone that has to stay in the Peoria area. I will definitely be back!

The hotel needs to be remodeled, renovated, cleaned, repainted, plumbing fixed new heat/AC units or perhaps the whole place just tore down. It is plain nasty. Some of the desk staff are helpful, some not so much. The breakfast was the only decent part of our stay. The management did their best. It is sad for it is a great location close to restaurants and the 101.

We just stayed at this hotel 1/24-26 2025. I booked 2 rooms thru a “3rd party” site but the rest of my group (9 more rooms) booked through EventConnect for a girls softball tournament. The tournament contracts EventConnect who then contracts with hotel. Let’s just say this place is not worth your money or time. Upon entering the hotel Friday evening at 6pm the hotel appears dark, dingy, and uninviting. The two staff members we encountered during the entire stay were less than professional or friendly. |*Elevator being replaced (By August?)|*Pool out of service|*Fitness Room out of service|*2nd Floor Ice machine out of service|*Breakfast was mediocre |*Public bathroom in lobby has a broken handle|*More than 1/2 of the groups rooms were less than clean|*Key cards stopped working at 8am Sunday… was told “I must have deactivated them.” Our entire group had the same issue. What an inconvenience while trying to go to breakfast and pack up cars to leave. |*Nowhere on any websites do I see mention that ALL of the hotels amenities are out of service. A fact that should be posted EVERYWHERE.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. However the smell of marijuana was so strong when you walked in the building. After returning for bags, another staff member was “trying to figure out where it was coming from” and he assured us it was not allowed. The smell was just as strong down the hallway as well. The smell was still bad in the morning. Elevator, pool and fitness rooms were all unavailable due to mechanical issues.

Stayed at this hotel for a girls fastpitch softball tournament. I had 2 rooms at this hotel and was staying with a group that had 9 other rooms booked through EventConnect. Hotel was dark dingy and unwelcoming as we arrived with an unfriendly attendant at the front desk. Upon arrival learned by a print notice at the front desk that the elevator was being replaced and completion was anticipated for August. Pool was out of service until further notice. Fitness room was out of service due to using it as a storage space for other repairs. Second floor ice machine was out of service and 1st floor machine was unable to keep up. Breakfast was mediocre at best, with one hot food selection and a waffle maker. Tables were not clean. More than half of the people in our group had rooms that were not clean and had dirty floors or counters. The morning of checkout both of our keys stopped working at approximately 8am... Was told I must have deactivated the keys with my phone or other electronics. While loading our car for departure... EVERYONE in our group had the same issue with their keys as did other guest that were in the lobby but not with our group. I have had a better experience staying at a Motel6

Perks were pool and breakfast, upon arrival to our room it looked nice and smelled of mildew the bathroom has alot of it there. The beds we checks no bugs thankfully but mattress both very much need replacement, the pull out sofa needs a new mattress it's covered in mold and food The pool is cute but there's mildew in every window . No chlorine in the buckets just hair , the pool could use cleaned and a window had been shot at and broken . Went to breakfast and came back to out room and our key card had locked up and we couldn't get in lol. First time staying in a comfort suites and will also be our last, maybe next time I'll come loon at the hotel before booking . Elevator also in replacement mode for next August!
