I made an apt the day before and when I walked in I was seen immediately that was great but it went downhill from there. the person they gave me was new and she didn’t know what she was doing when it came to my pedicure. not only was she rough, but she didn’t know how to provide the service. it was painful getting the no chip
off of my toes and she scrubbed my legs so hard that they’re currently burning. when we were done she proceeds to wipe my legs off with a small black towel, wipe off the chair and then wipe my legs again. I grabbed her hand to ask her to stop and she assumed it’s because I didnt want the toweling. the lady who did my nails sits in the first chair and I had to tell her to clip off the lifting part of my nail and to file the nail. there’s no one in the salon so I don’t know why she was rushing. I came here from a suggestion and it was not worth it. subpar work and not worth 85 dollars for the service. will not be coming back. waste of money. Oh she also called the lady who I complained about over to where I was getting my fillin and told her what I said. The older proceeded to say sorry and go back to her sit glaring at me the whole time I was I in there. horrible! They’re supposed to be hard coffin and they’re far from that. Just terrible.

Highly recommend.
I rotate staff for my no-chip manicures. Every tech is skilled and willing to accommodate the random special requests of nail designs. They do a nice job for tweens too. Appointments are highly encouraged.

This location has a gotten significantly busier & the prices have increased as well, so definitely make that appointment & call to cancel if needed.
I’ve been coming here since 2020 & have had a consistent experience everytime w/ different employees.
Room for improvement with customer service regarding friendliness but skill-wise, they’ll do a great job for you if you’re willing to shell out the $$. They’re pretty good about taking clients within 10 minutes of the appt time.
They do keep their equipment clean, which is a priority as we all appreciate in this industry.
4⭐️ overall.
Pro tip: bring in ideas or pics of what your end goal is with regard to color choice /shape/style. If they can’t do exactly what you want, they’re great at getting close to it.

My friend and I walked in and asked for a simple nail design and they stated they were about to close when they were 2 hours away from closing. They told us they weren’t going to do our nails because our designs were too “complicated” when they were just french tips.

I walked in to get my no chip mani removed. The place was dark and the layers of dust on every surface. The table and chair I was seated at was full of nail dust, clippings and hair. The tech didn’t even bother to wipe it off. As I was soaking my nails, I didn’t even notice the aquarium next to me because it was so cloudy, didn’t look like fish were in there until swam to glass. And when the tech couldn’t get all polish off with tool, he took the toughest file and files it off destroying my cuticles. I had to pull back many times. Will never go back to this spot.

Horrible. Horrible!! Got a mani pedi. The lady they assigned mutilated my cuticles. I’ve been bleeding off and on since I’ve left. Having to wear a bandaid, might as well had done it myself! She also applied a clear coat on only certain areas of EVERY finger, so my polish looks very tacky. Will never go back. This place is horrible! They will definitely be seeing a charge back soon.

First time at the salon. During my manicure the technician continuously was looking at her phone that was on a stand which I thought was rude. The pedicure I had was very nice. The next day while out in the sun I noticed that the colors on my fingernails and my toenails did not match as they should have. I went back in the next day to have them fix it. I told them the number of the color I had picked. I believe it was the owner he told me to pick out what I wanted I explained to him I wanted to have it match what I had and he just pointed to the wall and again left me to select a color. While I was getting my toenails repainted I went to check the color difference between my toenails and my fingernails and one of the ladies there (long black hair) was very abrupt with me while I was checking on the color match. If it wasn't for her attitude & talking the way she did I would have just let it go but I feel that they had very poor customer service and people should know before going in there.

I’ve never had so much time taken to perfect what I wanted done it was amazing I’m so happy with my nails. I’ve been to a lot of salons but this one is always the best value and the quality is spot on. THANK YOU!!! Even taking the time to help me get the perfect pictures. Amazing people awesome job

Hello! I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the professionalism, and overall great work this place is! Usually when I come in it’s last minute and in a hurry because I work in the same plaza. Any time I’ve ever had issues they take care of me without hesitation and do great great work.
