I frequently come here since my munchkin loves it. They have a great selection of games for toddlers (much appreciated) my only complain is that the toys frequently break (which is understandable) but they take forever to get them fixed. Same toys will be broken for weeks before repairing. Food is good and service is great! Overall I recommend because of the games !

My 2 yr old granddaughter & I went to Chuck E Cheese in Tinley Park. Took advantage of the Birthday coupons for her. Friendly, Helpful, Attentive employees. The young lady greeted up with a smile said, “Happy Birthday” my baby & shared details that were a plus for our visit. Staff kept it clean-security made it safe. Games & rides made my girls day. She even ran around & danced to the huge screen playing music. Buddy’s chocolate cake slice was a hit-A must!

Loved the spacious remodel. Constantly refilling the salad bar. Food didn’t take long to come out and each table had a buzzer to alert along w the intercom announcements when it’s ready. My favorite part was that the tokens are now digital cards that they just tap to play and you can buy unlimited play time. Even the sketch machine has come a long way. Party section was also large and spacious; Chuck E was friendly and did a good job in that area. We will def be back!

This location is nicer than any other I've been to. My kids have always loved Chuck, so it's definitely worth the drive! The pizza is always delicious, pop machines always full! Also nice to see there isn't any police officers at the entrance guarding the place!

It's good for 4-5 year olds. Pizza needs to be covered up once ready. I don't want covid-19 spores flying all over my kids pizza. It pretty clean for a Chuck E. Cheese though.

Overall, good experience. Pizza was pumpkin-shaped, kids liked that. Staff was helpful. Was supposed to get 30 e-teckets for downloading the app, but employees didn't seem to know about it (even though they had signage up.) But, they were friendly about it. Nice variety of games. Wasn't overly crowded. Overall a good experience. Would recommend to family and friends.

We had a great time on a cold Monday night. My kids are 2 & 3 and they loved it! Everyone was respectful, employees and families. We had a pizza and it was very good. I wasn't sure what to expect but we enjoyed every minute of it.

I like the separate area for little kids and how much it has to offer. Salad bar was good.we even ended up buying extra play points since there was so much there!
Every employee there looked like they were being held hostage and made to work. They all looked miserable; weren’t inviting and apparently didn’t know how to talk? In particular the guy at the front stamping people and one girl cashier and a man at the prize counter. But given how loud the music was they probably couldn’t think straight.
We’ve been to three locations so far after getting the play pass. This was the biggest so far and after reading comments it sounds like the remodel was a great choice. Great set up, lots of games and some new ones we haven’t played yet. On to the next!
