I've been going to Fine Skin Dermatology for a couple of yrs and generally see Paulina. She is so great! She explains everything before doing any type of treatment. I love my results. Appointments are easy to get in and they even offer same day if needed. All the staff are so nice. You won't be disappointed with any of their PA'S or NP's just in case u can't get in with Dr Bhatt. They offer programs with incentives to receive $ off for treatments. Easy to join up and then collect on ur rewards. They also have an in house program called "Week of beauty" where they offer $ off for all kinds of treatments or products. They have multiple locations to choose from.

I wish more doctors ran their offices this way! Excellent experience! They are very knowledgeable with excellent bedside manner. Her office staff is wonderful. I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Bhatt and her office staff. You feel like family when you walk into her office.

Worst experience ever from a front desk receptionist. Cannot even begin to explain everything that went wrong when trying to book my appointment. Can’t believe they have people like that working for them.

Do not recommend. They called to confirm my grandma’s appointment for treatment but when we showed up they said she was not on the schedule. They couldn’t explain why but then was given a BS reason as the front desk woman said “the only reason I could come up with” was her type of insurance. They seem to discriminate based on your type of insurance. Horrible customer service and inconsiderate. Do NOT recommend.

Cassie is amazing she takes the time to listen to my concerns. She offers me several different options she’s always sensitive to my budget. She’s always trying to help me with savings by telling me different apps and ways to accrue points and discounts. She does a wonderful job with my Botox.

Scheduling an appointment was super easy, the staff is clear with directions at check in, and Cassie was amazing! From discussing what I was needing at todays appointment, risks and benefits, after care, she was fantastic. I absolutely recommend Fine Skin Dermatology for all dermatology needs!
