My experience at ultimate massage spa was amazing!!!! I saw Kayla and she was the absolute best! I had the best massage I’ve ever had in my life here and I’ve had a ton! Can’t wait to come back! Side note: everything was so clean and fresh and the customer service was top tier ❤️

Bad customer service …
Iv been going to this place for a a couple years with my partner we always get the couples massage so we have enjoyed our time there but today was a different story. My partner got us a Groupon for my birthday which is on 3/14 as a surprise for me to have a massage done on my actual day. Everything went smooth with Groupon got the promotion and so on. So we was looking forward to this Friday to celebrate my birthday with a nice massage, but unfortunately the person who answer the phone was very rude to my partner. She was lying that there was no available times for both of us at the same time. I checked the website and clearly there was tones of openings. Then my partner let Vani know that we have a Groupon. So the lady was already giving my partner a hard time. Then she tells my partner that they don’t take Groupons on the weekend only during the week. Clearly Friday is a week day. Anyways so she tells my partner that in the fine print of their website it says that’. So we checked Groupon fine print and no where did it say that we couldn’t use it on the weekends. I took a screen shot of it before Groupon changed it and didn’t want to refund our money. Clearly we had no clue that this place didn’t take Groupon on a Friday if that was the case we wouldn’t have purchased it and just went somewhere else. Unfortunately my partner experience bad customer service. So I decided to call and asked for a manager same person answer the phone she said the manager was not gonna be until Friday. You would think that they would accommodate us since we had no clue the lady didn’t care and that was upsetting to us. I never write a review but I felt this person was trying really hard for us not to be seen, I even asked her if she had for Thursday and she was like no I only have a 10 something ..so my partner calls me and tells me how upset she was I decided to go online n try to book appointment and there was so many openings. I then called the place and acted like I was gonna book appointment to see what they had and the lady said she has a lot of openings for Friday and Saturday. Not knowing who I was I was so upset that she would have this type of customer service. So we struggled to get our refund back. It was not a good experience at all. Do not book with Groupon if you want the weekend. Just sad on people lack of customer service. They even stopped answering my partners phone calls. Never again! It made me feel horrible, losing my job hasn’t been easy on me so this was a moment I was looking forward too and super excited.

Excellent experience. My wife and I went in for a couples massage, which i would highly recommend. Our masseur's were professional, and definitely knew what they were doing. Looking forward to booking again.

2 stars for customer service. I had a 60 min facial scheduled for 5:30 (which the facial was very nice) I gave her a nice tip. But then I realized she ended it (15 min early) at 6:15. When I went to the front desk I mentioned it to the girl there. I figured she would apologize for the difference, but instead she accused me of coming in late for my apt. What? She proceeded to tell me my apt was at 5:15. I told her No it was 5:30 and I showed her the text from THEM stating 5:30. Plus I got there at least 10 min early and nothing was said then. I filled out the paperwork, waited a couple minutes and they called me back at 5:30. Her responses after I showed her the text was “oh that’s weird” “It’s computer generated.” “Maybe the girl who scheduled you made a mistake.” That’s so weird, well I hope you still liked the facial?” Still No apology!

A couple Sundays ago, I strained my back lifting. The next day I couldn't even tie my shoes. The day after that was a little better, but for a whole week things weren't really getting better. I decided to get a massage, and had an hour massage with Kristal. I was hoping to just move things along a bit. Throughout the day after the massage, I noticed my pain subsiding, and by evening it was gone! Day two, no pain at all. I've had a lot of massages in the past but I don't remember ever having results like that. Thanks Kristal!

Jenny gave me a really great deep tissue massage. She made sure I was comfortable thoroughout the session. She is a professional in every sense. The person who scheduled my appointment and greeted me upon my arrival was very welcoming. I highly recommend this location.
