I’ve been a loyal customer for 7 years – not anymore.

I’ve been coming to this place regularly for seven years, always tipping the staff generously and overlooking the consistently poor attitude of the manager because the service was decent. Today, however, was the last straw.

The service I received was subpar, so I politely brought it to the manager’s attention. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, he shouted at me in front of others and kicked me out, telling me never to come back – all because I dared to speak up and tipped less than usual due to the poor service.

This is not how you treat loyal customers. Respect works both ways, and no one should tolerate being disrespected and humiliated for offering honest feedback. I will never return, and I no longer recommend this place to anyone.

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE. My fiance and I have been going here for a couple of years. The service is great but customer service is the worst. We went yesterday, we arrived about 30 minutes early. The man behind the counter said we were too early for our appointment and that we should come back later when they have a waiting area. So we waited in the car for 30 minutes. While we were being escorted to the back he said be quit no talking, but while we were getting our message they were talking the whole time. After our service we went to pay and the same man behind the counter said that our tip was not enough. And we should give more money. We had an exchange of words, then left. We will not be patronizing Xindys anymore. Horrible customer service.

The actual service was great, however customer service was the WORST. On a $60 service, I left at $10 tip. The owner said, "Come on. You give more - $15, $20." He and I exchanged many words after that. I have NEVER been instructed how to tip. Additionally, he wouldn't allow tipping the actual masseuse, you had to give the tip directly to him. This makes me wonder if he is taking the tips too. I only gave two stars bc the service was great. Won't ever patronize this location again. Beware!

My boyfriend and I went for massages today. I called to check availability and I was told to come later in the afternoon. Before I could say what service we wanted, I was hung up on so I wasn’t sure what we were in for.

We arrived and were promptly taken care of. The service we received was excellent. We agreed it was one of the best massages we’ve ever had (I am a massage snob and he had yet to have one he was truly satisfied with, with no complaints).

We paid a total of $80 for our services and we tipped $20. The manager who took our payment made a snide remark to me about how we “only” tipped so much on an $80 service, shook his head, waved us off and stormed to the back. I couldn’t believe the audacity he had to expect more money to pocket for himself when he did none of the work!

Overall it was a great experience but the manager is a real dick. Expect to be chastised for your tip because whatever you decide to pay won’t be good enough for this arrogant jerk.

This place is extremely unprofessional. I went a week ago for a 30 min massage, I was told they couldn't perform the service because they didn't have any techs. Four of the techs were standing outside smoking at this time. It was close to their closing time so I said let me give it another try. A week later I walked in just after 5 p.m., I was taken back immediately for an hour massage. While my feet are soaking and the tech is massaging my head the owner/manager tells him to stop because someone else came in. While they are speaking in their native tongue, I ask what is the problem. He began to tell me, he doesn't have time and I was a walk-in and this lady had an appointment. I asked, why was I escorted back here if you couldn't accommodate my services. He continued to state that I was a walk-in. In the end he apologized and told me to come back later. I will never patronize this location again.

This place has gone downhill! Majority of the "Therapists" seem to have absolutely no clue of the anatomy and the functions of the muscles. They don't provide an intake form to see what customers need in regards to injuries, what areas to avoid and they do not communicate with the client on what kind of pressure or their day to day activities to help identify what areas to focus on. They're very cookie cutter place. The prices are dirt cheap but it's obvious why. If you're only in need of a rub down then it's OK. The front desk is very close to the rooms and the phone ringing non stop is annoying. The mgr or owner that runs the place is annoying too. Extremely rude!

I've NEVER experienced a massage that included laughter, playing and talking with the masseurs with each other then I have today. Then to be told "then don't come back" after stating I was displeased with my service. Lastly, to be asked for a tip even after being dissatisfied. I'm so disappointed in this experience.
