I had a great experience with The Paul Mitchell school for hair design. The women that work there every single, one of them are fabulous. They are sweet, kind, and very very talented. I was lucky. I got to have a one on one with about 15 of the stylists.
I observed a lot that day, I would recommend anybody to Paul Mitchell school to go have their haircuts. These women were so talented. Thank you, Paul Mitchell we greatly appreciate you.

First I would like to say that I have been coming to this location for over 10 years and I have been getting relaxers in my hair for over 25 years. I came in to get a relaxer and I let Mrs. Corey know that there was only about 4 inches from the bottom of my hair of processed or relaxed hair. After application I had concerns about how far down the relaxer was placed on my hair as well as the two lovely young ladies that were doing my hair. When we finished the wash we all noticed that there was about 6 inches of hair that was coarse and curly still, the exact spot that we all felt the relaxer wasn’t going far enough down. I asked to speak with Mrs. Corey and showed her my emerging concerns. As I said I have been getting relaxers for years and have never had this issue. She let me know that the hair could have been processed before so she didn’t want to go that far down, which was not the case. I ask several time what we could do to rectify the situation. She let me know there was nothing she could do and dismissed my concerns saying that this is a hair school so I shouldn't expect too much, Again the same hair school I have been coming to for 10 plus years with no problem. I ask at least 7 times to speak to the manager in the five hours I was there and Mrs. Loopy could not be bothered and told Mrs. Corey to handle the situation. The way this situation was handle was very unprofessional and there should never be a time where I am asking to speak to a member of the management team and get told they can't be bothered. I spent 5 hours in at this location and left looking worse than when I arrived.  Coming from a lucrative management position I would suggest you all sit down with your team. This was truly unprofessional and unexpectable.

Horrible service, I have never been treated so poorly. I came here for years previously when I was in high-school. I was serviced just last month by a talented student named Jacob. Only to turned away for a b.s excuse this month. I asked to make a complaint and I was told that I needed to figure out where I could do that on my own time by Ms. Jay.....Laughable, but noted.

I have been going to Paul Mitchell for years and until now I can say I am totally dissatisfied with services. Did 2 services in the esthetic department in the last month. The facial was an absolute bust. How can you do a facial and never look at skin under light. Totally done in a dimly lite room. It's time to move on. Not like it used to be. Sorry I won't return.

Terrible—— The young lady that did my hair was a nice girl, but she took forever to do my hair. I sat in a chair for 5 hours for a Balayage, and my hair is fkd up now! Doesn’t even look like a balayage there’s so many uneven parts have my hair is a brassy color while the other half is super ashy. A lot of pieces did not take and the part where the route meets the balayage looks hilarious like a child did it there’s even an orange ring around my head Super embarrassing! Definitely don’t recommend going there

Stephanie has done an excellent job cutting and styling my hair. Her instructor, Ms. Myco was helpful suggesting products to use @ home. The receptionist Kaylie, is always SO VERY cheerful checking me in and out and making appointments or changes over the phone.
