I got my first hydrafacial here by Alex and I LOVED it. She was so sweet and informative on every step of the process. I can’t say enough about Tuscaloosa Medspa especially Mirella she’s truly amazing & has smooth angelic hands, she will make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you have. I love going there and not to mention Finesse at the desk she’s amazing as well. Mirella does my facials and it’s so relaxing the atmosphere is calming and serene. Have been going to Dr. Peramsetty for Xeomin for a year now and always love the experience! Today I took advantage of a special for a facial and massage and it exceeded all expectations! Alex is very gentle, welcoming, and I have had great results from her!
