Love the location of this hotel! Right near the 80 expressway, close to shopping, and great food all around. Hotel is bright and clean throughout. They forgot to clean the room once which was a little disappointing definitely when you are expecting to walk into a clean atmosphere. I didn’t eat breakfast much but love the fact that coffee and tea was always available in the lobby. The beds could use a little more cushion for sure.

The service was amazing: Leslie, Amber and Kaliyah were excellent. Leslie made sure she showed special love to my dog who had to accompany us during the stay,

Amber is one of the supervisors and Kaliyah should be a supervisor. They both were very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and always addressed me by name. Kaliyah helped solve an issue that we were having with switching rooms. I was impressed with her problem solving skills and assumed she was a manager. Amber made sure the others stayed on top of what needed to be done to correct my reservations. Both ladies have been beyond amazing! I highly recommend this hotel to others. Hotel management should find a way to lower the cost of the Tesla charging station for those who are staying at the hotel or suggest that at night the cost is lowered like most charging stations.

Hello.... I checked in on a couple nights ago by Kaliyah she had an amazing smile despite of the time being after 10pm. She graced us as a diamond member handed us our snacks and extra towels. This young lady deserves a raise and promoted. The hotel is super clean and I will stay again if Kaliyah checks me in. Luckily she was the one who checked me out, please make sure she goes home. I love this hampton and the other staff was great too!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I have been a Hilton member for 20yrs. This place is clean, comfortable and affordable. Clara, who cooked us a tasty breakfast, was very kind to us. We chatted and made us feel welcomed

Our experience was amazing! The customer service was excellent. Brittany, Leslie and Kaliyah were very helpful, accommodating and personable. We really felt a sincere warmth from the staff. Brittany and Leslie took time to help us identify restaurants to meet our desires. We felt like we made friends and based on our experience with them we will definitely be returning and they have set the tone for the Hampton and Hilton brand. True excellence! I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. As a parent, I need to be in this area for my daughter, but the lack of clean and comfortable hotels is shocking.
The hotel I'm currently staying at has unacceptable conditions. There's no hot water for showers, which is a basic necessity. I've reported this issue, but nobody seems to care. Additionally, there's often no water available in the hotel, and the customer service is non-existent.
I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of concern from the hotel management.
As a paying customer, I expect basic amenities like hot water and clean rooms. It's unacceptable that these standards are not being met.
I hope that the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and takes immediate action to address these issues.

I had a great experience. The location of the hotel was perfect. The connecting rooms were large and roomy. The young woman and her assistant manager at the front desk were welcoming and professional. They handled each guest and concerns in a very kind and understanding way. The hotel had a very large group of people staying that dominated the lobby each night and breakfast in the morning. Not an easy situation, but they were treated with kindness.

Rooms were super clean. Everything was easy to drive through from 35-40 minutes from navy pier. Staff were super friendly and very welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone not wanting to stay directly in Chicago with easy access to everything around it.

An absolutely amazing hotel! Everyone was beyond accommodating! Dan went above and beyond. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. Everything was spotless and the breakfast was hot! I truly appreciate all of the effort they take to make the place phenomenal.
