My daughter booked a room paid for 2 beds no smoking. When we arrived was told they tried to call me but I didnt/ dont see a missed call. Upon arrival was told it was only 1 bed. Available. And a let out couch. It was so damaged I was sacred to sit on it. The young lady told me that’s because it’s an extended stay. I wouldn’t have that couch in the basement. Was not accommodated at all. Even though a young man said they would change it. (He was nice) We never received help the mirror in the bathroom was black instead of silver and the toilet kept running. Make sure before you charge people your furniture is up to part. I felt cheated.

when me and my girl got there hallways smelt like doo-doo, i guess people were living there or they had dogs. we get to our room, it was small like a basic hotel room. had no remote so we had to use the tv to change the channels. we had to bring our own things as in soap and toothpaste. then when it was time to leave, the workers knocking on our door trying to give us a heads up on leaving when our check out time was 11:00am and it was 10:26am. then i left my charger there too so yeah i won’t be visiting this hotel again. 0/10 worst experience ever ngl

I booked the reservation Online when I absolutely needed a room that night. I received my confirmation email. While I was in route, I received a call stating that they had no more rooms available, After my card was charged… My weekend was completely ruined!!!!! Everyone I spoke with was very rude, I am very, very, very, very upset. I would not recommend this place because the staff is rude and management teaches them well. Whack

This place smells like a cannabis subway sandwich dipped in fabuloso. Booked 2 beds, was told I booked one. Showed my booking confirmation and he shrugged it off, like, oh well…Asked for a roll away bed, they don’t have any. Asked the clerk if I was supposed to sleep on the floor, I got a blank stare. The first room had the bathroom faucet completely broke off, held on by the water lines…
Took my situation up with Hotels.com and they also failed to do anything.
I will be contacting my bank to reverse these charges as the hotel denied any sort of refund or discount.
Find somewhere else, this place is a joke.

Good people will try to get you anything you need for the room clean rooms and they have a really good manger I mean best manger front desk all of the people are polite and nice

So the clerk at the front desk took a while to check us in (however this is understandable. It means they're doing their job and security reasons and etc).

My room however for how much I spent on it- just for overnight was not cool.
My TV in the room BARELY worked. We just ended up watching shows on our phones. There were clumps of hair that was NOT ours in the bed, and we were throughly disgusted.

If you stay here, make sure you check the cleanliness of the rooms.

holes in the wall, chipped paint, chairs literally falling apart. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the entire place smelled of marijuana. Its not really a hotel its an apartment building complete with a school bus stopping out front for the kids living there.

Reggie accompanied me upon arrival, I personally appreciated the customer service here. The manager does very well at making sure that the guests are comfortable.
