When I first checked in, I paid with my debit card and the dude didn't want me to x out the tip portion of the receipt.
He put me in a room and it was horrible. The TV wasn't hooked up, the box to the TV was still in the room, the bathroom sink leaked, there was something weird growing on the ceiling and the chair had crusty food on it.
The next day, I went to the office and complained. They denied my complaints so I got my phone out and tried showing them the pictures I took. They gave me a key to another room and said that I could choose between the two and that was my only option.
I go to check out the other room. The difference between the two was like night and day. I was much happier with the other room. The only thing that creeped me out was the mouse that lived in there. I awoke to it because of the sounds it was making in the trash can. I ended up putting the trash can outside my door because even when I tied up my trash, the mouse still got in there.
I had no other choice for shelter when I chose to stay there. I had to stay for a week and I paid the entire week all at one time. I got the impression that they thought I was a prostitute or something. I was disappointed with my treatment but I appreciated that they put me in another room.

This place is absolutely disgusting and discouraging. Roaches the size of my pinky finger. The refrigerator does not work only the top section will freeze. The owner acts as though I am a fugitive on the run. I accidentally locked my key in the room had to go get him to unlock my door. He acted as though my service dog was going to attack him. The price of 300 for a week is way to high for this place. I am in an Emergency situation with living so I have found myself here. It's a roof and has an AC heat unit that seems to work. The TV turns on but the remote does not function. The door has definitely been knocked in by police with a ram. It's better than living in my truck with my dog but that's only because I don't want him to die while I work 10 hrs a day. The carpet turns your feet black within minutes and of walking barefoot. Microwave has baby Roachs in it so I'm struggling to say the least.

Bed bugs and roaches lawsuit is being filed do not stay there unless you would like to take roaches and bed bugs home

When checked in the room looked like it had not been cleaned but smelt if a strong strong strong smell of a cleaner of some sort. N then the shower nor tub would work so couldn't even get a shower. N the bed sheets had a bunch of stains on them .

This is a no frills place to stay. The rooms are clean and not the best. But for the price it's worth it. The location is great! All the rooms needs to be non smoking no vaping either. Be selective on who you rent the rooms out to.

Terrible customer service, would not allow my husband, who is a disabled veteran, to bring his service dog into the room. Once he saw the dog, he refused to let us rent a room and walked away from us.

I'm staying at room 18 and there is no mirrors also there's holes in the wall. And cable box was having issues for volume. Too high price too for bad service. Unsatisfied

VETERANS. do not use this motel. does not and will not accept service dogs. evan tho it is the law. completely refused amd wouldnt evan talk to me anymore. terrible service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
